There were 3 women at the counter with only one person ahead of me. But it took them several minutes to even start taking my order. 2 of them were at the register which would be fine if one of them was training but that wasnât the case. The woman that did take my order gave me extra cheese when I asked for extra chicken, and she didnât even ask what type of cheese I wanted. Since I was running late on my lunch break I just took the loss since I couldnât wait for them to remake it but I ended spending $10 on a 6â sandwich that wasnât what I wanted and didnât even have the extra meat that wouldâve made it slightly more reasonable. Last time I am coming here.

Hadn't been to this Subway store for awhile. Our sandwiches were 1/3 the size as before. Naturally, the prices remain the same! Your store is no longer the only game in town! For anyone interested Caseys has good subs only a half mile away. So long Subway!

The bread was not fresh as they advertise it is. Service was poor, as one was making our subs one was ringing up the bill, before the subs were made he was asking for payment. Felt rushed by staff, so cold in restaurant that we ate in our car in the parking lot.

I was there for the outlet, got an energy drink and stay in the Subway section and plug my phone in to charge, which is why I go to Loves gas stations, so I don't have to look for an outlet or ask to use one.
Every time I had to remind the staff to change gloves for veggie sub every time thereâs thing called allergies I donât think so subway staff cares about it.

The lady that was there at 4am when I went in after I got off work, was not all that pleasant but I guess when you work third shift at a truck stop it can be rough. As soon as she finished our sandwiches, she left for a break and we didn't see her the rest of the time we were there. There was a rude couple that came in yelling that there were customers here and they needed service. The counter was not well covered at that moment. We left not wanting to listen to that lady yelling.
