This place is discussing the men's bathroom was beyond disgusting and this the place the employees wash their hands really? The urinal was crusty the sink was filthy nothing had been clean in very long time I was afraid to look at the toilet, trash on the floor, there is a sign on the bathroom door that says they check the bathrooms every half hour thats a lie. I was on the toilet in my clean bathroom many times after eating here never again. The food was expensive $18 for 3 tacos cinnamon twist and a drink. The manager needs fired

Got food poisoning today after getting some food, was halfway through my last item when I just couldn't take it anymore so I threw it away, all I can taste is the sour cream and meat and they doesn't taste up to date, I feel like I can hardly walk and I want to constantly throw up, the drinks suck all the time, they taste like bleach and make me want to throw up just by taking the first sip, the dispensers look like they're leaking and thinking that since there's only one machine out where the people are, you'd think it would be pretty kept up to date, I don't know if the filter needs cleaned for the machine or if the coils need clean but either way some things need looked at.

If your employees cannot get the job done right?Then you need to fire all of them and hire all new people and train them how to make the food the correct way when it is ordered . I will no llonger spend money in your store I will go to Tacco John before you get money from me again .

I ordered Cinnabons 12 pack every time and and for the past 2 times I have gone to get My favorite snack they are cold or frozen on the inside of them still. I shouldn’t have to wait til I get home to eat a snack when I want to eat before I get home.

Someone apparently stole my mobile order just minutes after I placed it, and the manager then refused to give a refund and refused to remake the order, because he claimed he already made it and someone else picked it up. I asked him why he wouldn't give a refund and why he wouldn't remake the order, and he said he wasn't trained in what to do so he didn't have any solution for me. Extremely rude service, no refund, and I don't know why he refused to even remake a new order for me when I went in to ask about it. No name tag but apparently this guy was the manager, honestly just a huge scam and waste of time to ever go to this store. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
