They need to hire more people. Expecting two people to take all the orders and cook all the food and clean the place and mow the lawn is ridiculous. They are seriously understaffed. Seems like a greedy leader is exploiting the nice staff instead of hiring more people.

Never got the food, paid. Waited 16 minutes for 2 burritos and a medium potato Ole. Walked back to the counter and they had not even started making my food. Got a refund and won't waste my time at this particular Taco John's I Galesburg, Illinois ever again. Your staff is too busy on their phones and cracking jokes to make you money!!!!!!!!

Food was cold service was crap employee lectured me about politics and why there was a charge for sour cream because they had to pay employees a higher minimum wage she didn't seem kind or intelligent she should stick to making burritos because it took forever and the food was garbage

Absolutely no complaints. Staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in the door. The food was amazing compared to other taco johns in the area. Lastly, they finally brought back the original taco sauce in packets. Please dont change the sauce again!
