The location is pretty convenient I wouldn't drive off without making sure everything is in the bag always make sure your fries are hot service is friendly no issue getting a replacement. Over all there biggie bag is always my go to get a variety of sorts.

This Wendy's was amazing! I couldn't find a cefcu ATM around and I hadn't eaten all day, since I was traveling go my brothers place. And I didn't have any cash, and when I went through the drive through on sunday July 13 at 630pm, I asked if there was any way I could get a $5 biggie bag. ( I had no way to pay on me.) And without hesitation the staff spotted me a $5 biggie bag. Thank so much Wendy's staff for helping me out, you all deserve a raise!!!! Thanks!

I should add that this place is normally good but today was just ridiculous. I ordered on the app because I was in a hurry. I got behind a person who not only spent time chatting with the cashier but then appeared to place a second order at the window. By the time they got done there were at least 3 cars behind me in line (it was going around the corner so there could have been more. Then when I get to the window they are out of part of my online order. I’m annoyed but it happens so I decide to cancel my order and get my money back. Well, they tell me they can’t do it. I have to do it through the app. I try but it won’t let me since it has already been processed. I then talk to another person and they repeat they can’t even do anything. They tell me I can get the rest of my order but they don’t even offer me a refund on the missing part (I can only order something I don’t want to replace it). I still decide to cancel and go and call the contact number on the app to get my refund and to make everything better they are closed on weekends and you can’t even leave a message. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a drive thru.

Wendy’s is falling apart tonight. Normally they are on spot. I spent $30 and got cold fries, cardboard chicken nuggets and hair in my sandwich. The combo meal number 7 was sloppy as all get out. I love my Wendy’s and always spend well over $25 for 2+ please Wendy’s get it back together I need my good fast food back.

Went to get a burger and fries and was the only person in the drive thru at the moment. They informed me that they didn’t have ginger ale like I had ordered. Had me pull up to the door to wait for my food. Waited about 15 minutes seeing a multiple cars pass me. Lady comes to my window with food. It was for the car they had pull up minutes after me and she asked what I had ordered. Waited another couple minutes and then just decided to drive away. Terrible drive thru experience.

People can’t understand the word PLAIN. I told them I wanted my cheeseburger plain but I unwrap it and I see every topping on my burger. Very disappointing

The chili is not made fresh. It's leftover meat from the grill..then frozen then that's how ur chili is made from leftovers...I stopped eating the chili
