My Dad and I stopped in today for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised!! The atmosphere and staff were both really great!! The meatloaf and the biscuits and gravy were so good!! They have quite a variety of options and I have a feeling everything is probably good!! We can’t wait to come back again!! This cute little place is truly a gem! Highly recommended!! Enjoy! ✌🏼🤩

Much bigger than it looks from the outside, we loved this very friendly diner! They serve breakfast all day, but we ate from the lunch specials, meatloaf which was very nearly as good as mom made, and chicken pot pie with was hot and delicious. They have a fish fry on Fridays that looks like it would be worth the trip for.

My son and I stopped here back in February on a recommendation. We were not disappointed. I had eggs Benedict with hash browns. They cooked my eggs and my hash browns EXACTLY as I asked. The food was delicious! They have some of the most hilarious signs! The folks working here are super great too!
Update: my wife and I stopped yesterday on our way to the Chicago area and I had the country fried steak. It was so good. Very crispy beading and the gravy was superb and flavorful as well. Once again, my hash browns were cooked just as I requested.

Gail told me about the amazing cheesecake made in house I loved it and also enjoyed my prime rib skillet and the huge omelette my husband enjoyed. Great spot to grab a meal.

As always, went solo. Bar seating available as well as tables. Busy, small, rustic environment with hard working, friendly hosts.
Ordered a vegi omelet with chicken added. - was told that was a first and good idea.
If you appreciate classic diner vibes with "The price is right" playing on the T.V. and endless cups of coffee, this is for you.
The basics here. Coffee, OJ, pop and regular breakfast items. Overall great experience and will try this regularly!
The only reason I gave less stars for food and atmosphere is the limited menu, and families coming in during rush hour would struggle to be accommodated.

I've been by that building many times to visit my family on the farm so I decided to stop in and try out the food and it was fabulous, the service was fast, the HUGE portions of homemade food arrived hot and fresh. I will be back and recommend this place to everyone.
I found this place from Google “breakfast near me”. A great diner breakfast and extra nice service. I loved my omelette and hash browns and saw a lot of other stuff that looked good, like biscuits and gravy. Lunch menu looked good also. Recommend.
