They really are getting the systems down well to have a consistent product and service. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag... nice guy said yes.... he lied. Always check the bag. Remember the employees work here because .... well... they are working fast food.
Went through drive-thru and waited 20 minutes (5 to order, 15 waiting to pick up) for my food - RIDULOUS!!! This was NOT "fast food"!!!! Food itself was good, but with limited time for lunch I'll go somewhere else.

Parking: It is located in a small shopping center with 5 other businesses, so parking was hard to get, we circled around a few times to get a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families dining, great atmosphere for families with children. Employees were attentive and pleasant to their needs.
