I loved my black cherry vanilla tea!
Love this place! The energy, the vibe, the shakes and teas! It's a great place for a pick me up or to meet friends and chill after school!
All I can say is YUUUUUUUUMMMM. great shakes. I had the reeses and the reeses turtle protein shake.

These young gals have their heart and soul in this nutritious business. I get the meal replacement shakes. Over 20 flavors of this alone. I always buy several as you can freeze them to enjoy later. Each shake has almost no sugar and is nutritious and incredibly delicious.
I love this place it's so addicting! I just tried it last month for the first time the "holly jolly" was a hit for me. Now I'm really liking the "lover" one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Couldn't go wrong here!!
Super friendly staff and relaxing, clean environment. The shakes are really well priced and they have all been delicious.I get lazy some days and don't want to make a morning protein shake and Grace is definitely the place to go to help.
I didn't get anything from Grace and Grit,,but my Grandson says him and his friends go all the time,,so for them to be able to go get a good healthy drink,,that makes me proud for them,,and even more Thankful for Grace &Grits!!!
This is 1 of my favorite places to come to!!! Everyone is so amazing , and the Pom Pom tea gives me energy all day, that now because of the Tea I don't have to drink soda:) this place is absolutely AMAZING
