Whoever owns this place needs to hire more staff. Pushed to the limit (maybe one cook and one other person at the front counter?)
Not a service problem (staff were friendly), it’s an ownership/management problem.

My family and I stopped at the Hardees in Geneseo Illinois on 9-16-24 around 1215 pm. The young lady in the drive thru was incredibly Rude. We have stopped here many times before no issues until today. I think I may have to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered the #1 meal, and a large cheese burger. I requested the cheese burger have nothing but the meat, cheese and buns. But after confirming with the cashier that they would make it like I requested they handed me a regular cheese burger.
I should of checked my food before leaving ?, if I ever visit this place again I would not leave before inspecting my specified burger.
Food was bland. No flavor. Has been much better there in the past.

I went in to order breakfast. I waited it seem like a good 5 minutes. People were walking around and taking care of the drive-thru but nobody even acknowledged I was there, that's very sad. So I walked out, didn't order, and drove away

They don’t know how to make a simple blueberry biscuit she put a whole bunch of butter and icing on top and then microwaved it. I went back asked them to remake it but she didn’t understand the assignment again.

Staff is very rude .. drive through was closed before 8:40. (July 31, 2024) Went inside lady on duty says they close basically at 9 p.m. every night . I asked when the hours changed and she side we are open until 10 p.m. but close at 9 . But I can get you something I said no thank you . I'll go else where cuz you said you close at 9 .. I'm not going to make you stay open any later. I use to be a regular .. not anymore ... it's went down hill ..
