My experience was amazing. I was on a trip with a large group of people. All of the employees were very accommodating to or large amount of people. I would like to thank the employees. One of the busses we took broke down. The employees were very helpful.

Finally, I'm able to leave a 5 star review for McDonald's. Quite possibly the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Quality food. Correct order delivered to the table quickly. I witnessed the staff assist customers with kindness and patience; apologize for an incorrect order and immediately correct it. All things that my local McDonald's could learn from!

Pulled up to this mcdonalds to use my rewards points to get a 6 piece nugget so I could give my dog their new medication. I open the 6 piece nugget box to find 3 chocolate chip cookies. So I drive back around to the window and explain the situation, they said they will fix it. I drive around again and when I open the 6 piece nugget box this time, 4 nuggets.. I was not going around a 3rd time so yall get 1 star from me now.

This isn’t just McDonalds but most fast food restaurants. But for McDonalds roughly 94% of the time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong or missing items. And if I order more items it’s definitely going to get messed up. I am not sure if it’s a communication error or they rush to the point of making errors. As the price for food increases it is extremely frustrating not getting what you order or missing items. McDonalds along with other fast food restaurants need to do better. Quality of food needs to be better too if I am going to pay more for it.

I tend to only come in during the evening but I thought I'd come in the morning and met a very nice young man named Aiden while he was cleaning the parking lot. Such a nice young man brightened my day.

What's the point of having a mobile order this place 10 minutes before you get to this location. Then you wait 20 minutes in a line and you still get pulled over to wait another 15 minutes for your food. The whole point of a mobile order is to get in and get out fast. I know you can't control the lines but a mobile order was put in 30 minutes prior to reaching your window and it's not ready? Also you should be able to run this line out of here faster than that. X fast food manager speaking here. It's sad service has gone down so much
