Quantity and quality are very poor! Staff is very poor. Wrong order was given ! Cold fries! Actually disgusting! Won't go there ever again. A bunch of kids running restaurant.

I live in Indiana and stop at this McDonald's every time I visit my girlfriend in Iowa. Let me start by saying that this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I honestly can't remember the last time I've had fast food this good, It reminds me of when I used to get it as a little kid. Over the past few years I feel like quality of McDonalds, in general, has gone down a bit, but apparently this isn't the case in Geneseo, Illinois. All of the employees and customers are so kind, I've never seen anything like it. I feel like I'm at a whole different restaurant compared to one's closer to home.
I will say, I was absolutely devested to learn that the lobby was closed for renovations last week, I'm hoping it's open this weekend.
Other than that, the location is convenient for people traveling on I-80, only being about 30 seconds down the road.

I got a coke with light ice and a McChicken sandwich this afternoon. The McChicken sandwich was super hot it's one of the first times I've ever gotten fresh food from a McDonald's and I was pleasantly pleased

Extremely unsanitary, I used to work here and they don’t wear gloves when dropping raw products, they don’t wear gloves when picking up meat or condiments that they put on your food. They also aren’t sanitary when it comes to drinks or touching French fries as well. I recently went to this store to see if it was as bad as it was while I worked there and I saw one of the supervisors yelling at one of their employees, very unprofessional. The lobby is disgusting and so are the bathrooms, there is literally feces spread through the women’s restroom. This location should be closed down for how unsanitary, distrusting and unprofessional it is. It is the definition of violating any type of restraint health code and is unsafe food sanitation towards customers.

I worked with them for only a few days and here is why. They are absolutely disgusting. The tea you are buying from them has been sitting for hours in the same plastic liner for 24 hours and I went to change it and they talked down to me like a child when I said it was disgusting and full of germs. The employees that handle your food are supposed to wear gloves and none of them did. If you have standards you will not order from this location again. They have violated numerous health codes in the short time I was there. The employees and management needs to be held accountable.

Food was good, service a little slow, and the atmosphere mostly the same as other McDonalds.
The day time Crew is awesome and always has fresh food. But the nighttime crew needs to get it together I've been here 3 times now trying to give them a chance and every time the fries are cold and old like they've been sitting for hours and the nuggets too so nasty I don't even get to eat them and it's a waste of money so I say don't go at night
