Fresh and delicious! Our family ordered a variety of dishes, but my favorite were the steamed dumplings. Generous portion sizes, so the leftovers were enough for two additional meals. Excellent value.

The food is amazing! Always fresh every time I order. The service is great also! 🔥🔥🔥
Stopped for a quick bite to eat, and the food is fantastic! That was so tasty. I’m excited to take home leftovers and have it all over again!
$15 for a small sweet and sour chicken and a small rice is ridiculous. Almost worth driving the 20 mins to the cities to get quality food for the same price. Not to mention the chicken was hard and I had to throw it away. $15 wasted.
Their Wonton soup is “The BEST” around. It’s fresh and the wontons are nice and meaty! My mom requests it every week. They always have fast and friendly service too!!
Very friendly employees. Cleanest quick Chinese Food Restaurant I've ever been to. Food was not very impressive and priced high.
The market is definitely crowded in the Quad Cities for Chinese restaurants. I’ve had my favorite couple here in town for a while now. However, on a whim, I drove a few minutes out of my way to try New China. It’s actually funny—their website is “newchinayummy”—and they aren’t joking! The food is amazing! It competes with any Chinese restaurant we have here in the “Metro” Quad Cities! My wife loves a good lemon chicken. A lot of Chinese places will have orange chicken, but not many have lemon. New China has it—and it is fantastic! I’m not normally one for those types of dishes because the sauces are too sweet for me. Well, New China nails it with just enough tart to go with the sweet. Fantastic! My go-to dish is the Singapore Mei Fun. Wow. Absolutely delicious! I gave some to my son to try, and I almost lost my dinner to him (he didn’t want to give it back!) I’ve sampled their dumplings, too. Both the fried and steamed. I’m partial to steamed, but both were fantastic! The surprising star, though, is the soups. They have a “House Special” soup which is complex yet simple. It’s a paradox of flavors. I also love the Chinese chicken soup. Simple? Yes. Flavorful? Yes! Don’t balk at the prices. They pack the containers full of food. More than likely you will have leftovers—enough for lunch the next day. We’ve been ordering buffet style at the house so we can try a little bit of everything. Nothing has disappointed. So, if you find yourself on I-80, and you want some really good Chinese food, give New China a look. We’ll be back!

Color me impressed that this restaurant offers marked gluten free options! This is something I appreciate so greatly because eating out has been such a hassle for me due to needing to avoid gluten. This removes the confusion and actually gives me the opportunity to enjoy delicious asian cuisine that won't make me ill. Thank you!!!
