I paid $5.75 for a large chocolate shake but got a medium vanilla, I asked for a chocolate that I paid for they said it's mixed in , I didn't ask or pay for a mixed I clearly said chocolate, you're service sucks

The floors are always dirty. The people are always rude and the food is always burnt. I don't know about anyone else, but every time I come here, they take forever do not want to serve me. And once I do get my food, it is burnt. I've sat in there for over 30 minutes. Just waiting to get an order while they're in back staring at me. Like if they ignore me. I'll just walk away. Once I got my food, it was crusty burnt and they would not give me any other food i have been told that I cannot park my bike near to the building. I have been told to leave after I order my food. They will not let me eat inside.You cannot walk in and dine.You cannot sit in there and charge your phone.It is not a friendly place

Absolutely horrible. 2 different times this week I've stopped and tried to get some food and had to wait way too long. Waited in the drive through for 18 minutes with no one saying a word then i left. The car in the other lane was waiting just as long. Absolutely terrible. Will be a long time before I return.

I mean lady manger on 2/1/2025 wiping down ice cream machine then went straight to the fish & chicken & made some sandwiches .. never sweet tea & fountain machine doesn't get cleaned. Why are all McDonald's dirty. Never clean, but have 20 employees standing by the 🍟
I’m convinced they don’t sell food anymore. that’s the 2nd time this week Iv went inside before 11pm just to be told the lobby is closed.

Worst McDonald's ever! More often than not they are unfriendly and I tend to get breakfast more than anything and they have cut down on the gravy sooo much that it won't even cover the biscuits. Sick of this place. Replace it with Hardee's!!!

Every time I order a milkshake from this McDonald’s they aren’t mixed at all. With the strawberry milkshake there is always strawberry like juice at the bottom that is too sweet to even drink and it’s the same with chocolate. I went in to get two new ones and the worker didn’t talk to me when I asked for new ones. She proceeded to take out an empty chocolate bag from the ice cream maker and put a new one in. Then when I got my new ones they looked the same as before. When I said something she very rudely told me there’s nothing that can be done for it and to just not buy then again.
