I paid $5.75 for a large chocolate shake but got a medium vanilla, I asked for a chocolate that I paid for they said it's mixed in , I didn't ask or pay for a mixed I clearly said chocolate, you're service sucks

The floors are always dirty. The people are always rude and the food is always burnt. I don't know about anyone else, but every time I come here, they take forever do not want to serve me. And once I do get my food, it is burnt. I've sat in there for over 30 minutes. Just waiting to get an order while they're in back staring at me. Like if they ignore me. I'll just walk away. Once I got my food, it was crusty burnt and they would not give me any other food i have been told that I cannot park my bike near to the building. I have been told to leave after I order my food. They will not let me eat inside.You cannot walk in and dine.You cannot sit in there and charge your phone.It is not a friendly place

Absolutely horrible. 2 different times this week I've stopped and tried to get some food and had to wait way too long. Waited in the drive through for 18 minutes with no one saying a word then i left. The car in the other lane was waiting just as long. Absolutely terrible. Will be a long time before I return.
