I’m convinced they don’t sell food anymore. that’s the 2nd time this week Iv went inside before 11pm just to be told the lobby is closed.

Worst McDonald's ever! More often than not they are unfriendly and I tend to get breakfast more than anything and they have cut down on the gravy sooo much that it won't even cover the biscuits. Sick of this place. Replace it with Hardee's!!!

Every time I order a milkshake from this McDonald’s they aren’t mixed at all. With the strawberry milkshake there is always strawberry like juice at the bottom that is too sweet to even drink and it’s the same with chocolate. I went in to get two new ones and the worker didn’t talk to me when I asked for new ones. She proceeded to take out an empty chocolate bag from the ice cream maker and put a new one in. Then when I got my new ones they looked the same as before. When I said something she very rudely told me there’s nothing that can be done for it and to just not buy then again.

The lack of accuracy the lack of customer service skills. The lack of up holding the Gold standard. The blonde girl today in the green shirt gave all that mess to the wrong KAREN today. The fact I was nice the 1st time n she came at me with her better then u attitude. Then after trying to correct grill n drives mistake. I get back home n see after all she had to say n my food was still wrong. So then she didn't want to come back to the window to correct her mistake. I asked for a refund. If I have to pay them prices I will get good service. Do better Gorgetown Micky D's

They were backed up had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to bring our food from the drive thru. And it was the wrong order. The only thing they got right was drinks. We had to turn around and go back after going about a mile or two for them to get us our correct order. I don't know if they were short handed or just not paying attention. I only gave one star because you can't give zero. We will not visit that McDonald's again. Next time we will go 4 or 5 miles up the road to Gross Burgers. And only go to Danville McDonald's!

Worst McDonald's in vermillion county , no matter how many people are there , you always have to wait forever to get help then wait another 20/30 min to get your food. On top of that you never know what your going to get because they can’t read the order correctly
