The night crew kids ALWAYS have poor attitudes and the food at night is old and stale. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Danville instead.

I like the spicy chicken sandwiches they have but most of the time have to wait 30 min for one order management is horrible. Roaches every now and then the employees look lifeless sometimes

While I was placing my order the other day I noticed that the manager was being never disrespectful to one the the employees so I stuck around for a while just to observe & noticed that not only her but another manager was constantly attacking the same employee as well. They were giving him instructions & he followed them & then they complained about him following the instructions & he said a little to no response he just continued to do as they said (not to mention he’s the only black guy back there). There was always other employees back there cursing & playing around & the managers totally ignored them. So I spoke with the employee that I was observing & he said that this wasn’t the only time they’ve done this, it happened a few times since he got the job & he has only been there for about a month & said he’s going to quit soon because now it seems like a race thing. I just wanted to come here to say that & let you guys know I will never be returning there again. I was only there for a rust stop anyways.

Didn't give us all of our food. Contacted store and night manager (who refused to give name) was very disrespectful and rude... Told us to give our name or call door dash to come back and get our food.

Go through the drive-thru for a triple cheeseburger, 2 m&m mcflurries, 1 oreo mcflurry and m&m, and an icecream cone. I get all my items, and the oreo mcflurry has no m&ms. No biggie I'm thinking, I'll just go run in and have them fix it. I go, and the manager named Tina immediately glares at me and asks what with a poor attitude. Whatever, it's 10:15 pm, probably ready to close. I say that the mcflurry didn't have m&m like I requested, and she immediately tells me that she had 2 m&m and 1 oreo in a rude tone. I then show her the receipt and she says "so what do you want me to do? Just tell me!" I ask if she can add m&m to it like I payed for and she snatches it out of my hand, adds the m&m then hands it too me. She then says to have a nice day to which she mumbles something under her breath which I couldn't make out. Second time I've gone through drive thru during the night and she's there being rude to customers. Please do something!!!

Honestly I don’t make reviews and this will be my first and only. I ordered 1 coffee and nothing else just a coffee and I watched not only the manager make herself something but 3 of the staff make food and drinks before giving me mine making me wait 45 mins, I gave them benefit of the doubt even though I shouldn’t just so they could make me wait 35 minutes for two breakfast burritos the next time I went there. 0 out of 10. And they have roaches. If you doubt. Try going inside. Please I want to be proved wrong.

The food was...okay. Fries were cold, drink was disgustingly flat, but my sandwich was okay. Then I checked my order and noticed that two of the large fries I ordered weren't in my bag, so I said something, and the shift manager said that I got what I ordered and there were no 2 large fries and that I would have to pay for them, so I asked to see the receipt because of issues with the kiosk I've had in the past (plus I wanted to make sure I didn't spend more money because the fries were overlooked) and he (the shift leader) printed out the receipt and I saw that the kiosk didn't add the fries to my order, and I told him as much, to which he responded "that's what I've BEEN telling you" so I decided that the fries weren't worth the attitude I received for double checking myself, and drove to the Danville McDonald's instead. The moral of the story is Georgetown McDonald's isn't worth the time of going there for the customer service/food quality, and I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and when I went through the drive through to pick it up they told me I had to come to the counter that it was a counter pick up. I asked if they could change it to drive through pick up as I was talking the worker cut me off and responded with a “nope” I said seriously? They said nothing. Little did they know I was sick and trying to limit going into places. Then we get our breakfast food and it’s cold!! Horrible place horrible people

Yeah it's McDonalds, but this one of the better, cleaners ones that are out there.

Every week we come through and they are always out of product. Sometimes we got told at the speaker which if fine, but a lot of the times we don’t get told until after we pay. Your employees should be aware as to what products you are out of. I worked fast food and it’s really not that hard to let the employees know what products you’re out of before hand. It’s really irritating that we’ve already paid and have to be given different product that doesn’t amount to what we actually ordered. There’s only been once we’ve been issued a refund for the stuff we actually ordered. More of the fact that it’s every week is really more irritating. Order enough products that way you won’t run out.

This place is so nasty they had stuff floating in my sweet tea. Then my bread was had on my sandwiches

Worst McDonalds in the tricounty area. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes for coffee in the morning and if you go for lunch don't expect your order to be correct, you'll have to wait for it twice.
