My order wasn’t even started when I arrived an off the clock employee comes in and walks behind the counter and gets herself cookies with no gloves on nor did she wash her hands after she just walks in in sandals ind shorts and walks behind counter to help herself. Meanwhile customers are waiting to be helped.meanwhile the employees are standing here talking to the person who isn’t on the clock and continuing to stop making my sandwiches to have conversation

I bought 3 foot long sandwiches and forgot to ask for mayo on two and asked if I could have two 2 ounce cups of mayo they gave me one so I asked for another they said I would have to pay for it. Not to mention I got about 4 pieces of onion on a foot long. There was not any other customers at the store. I won’t cross the state line again for subway.

Can't really say I actually had an experience. Pulled up to the drive thru. Waited 5 min or so for the car ahead. They left and the girl came to the window and asked if we had a mobile order? Then says well it's gonna be a minute. 30 min later she's still not taking our order. My husband being patient says wait a little more. Another car had pulled up behind us at this point. They finally backed up and apparently went inside. After the girl (who's moving like a turtle) goes to the back room about 4 times, we could see her wrapping sandwiches, then instead of taking our order goes to wait on the people who had come inside. This was after more than 35 min. of us waiting! I will never go back as I have had really poor service at this Subway in the past. Sad...

I came in about 10 till close and didn’t realize it. I had just been in an anxiety filled situation and needed some food. The young lady who helped me, Kaitlyn I believe, was very friendly. Even made a quirky sonic reference. They have a great employee on their hands. Sandwich was good too!

I ordered a footlong and requested that my sandwich be cut into 4 pieces. I ordered no condiments on my sandwich and requested ranch on the side. My sandwich wasn’t cut. There was no ranch in my bag, and they put mayo on my sandwich. And I got a bottle of warm tea??? This was a DoorDash order. If you can’t read basic instructions you’re in the wrong job!

Sandwich was very soggy ,didn't even have bacon smh and it was 7 pm . Store wasnt kept clean either cookies tasted old.smh I wonder why I got sick !

I would give 5 stars but it always takes forever just to get two sandwiches. Side Note: I only took one star away just because I feel bad that they do have to stand and have no chair at all. I miss when I was younger it was $5 footlong. Subway will take your whole paycheck away just for two sandwiches now these days.
