I did not notice that my app was using the last McDonald’s locations 75 miles away. Couldn’t find my order, we went up to window I apologized said didn’t notice. Girl says oh your app not working, husband says no wife not working right. We’ll just order and pay cash. Girl once again says app not working. Husband again says can we order at window? She calls supervisor tells her app not working. Husband says we just want to order since app placed order at a different location. There are three of them at window looking confused. The guy at register finally asks what do you want to order, I’d had enough we went to Casey’s.

Worst, McDonald's in the country! Very rude employee, throws the food on the counter. Don't care that the drink station is out of syrup. The only polite and caring employee was the one mopping the floor! She should run the restaurant!

This Gibson City McDonalds is below average in all categories. Service was non personal and items received were very cold. No sauce was given for the strips.
Manager was kind when informed but I did not want free food, I was asking for better service to help everyone. TRAINING is needed.

Took 30 minutes just to get a burger, fries, drink and some cookies. Been here plenty times before getting the same/similar order and it has NEVER taken this long. Ordered through the app and did curbside, went inside after around 15 minutes and they blamed it on the cookies, okay understandable. Went back in 15 minutes later to the owners son/manager laughing about it taking 30 minutes to another employee and claiming it’s fine. Talk about shitty management.

Complete and total disappointment took 35 minutes to get fast food and when we did get it part of it was missing.
I know it was a busy time of day. I went inside and placed a to go order, at 1:45. I am pretty patient and watched as a lot of drive orders got filled and a few inside ones. I stood there 30 minutes and no sign of them filling my order, so I just asked for a refund and left. They weren't even all that apologetic about it.
The last couple times I have been at the Gibson City location they have messed up our order.
