I always do a curbside order and it's always fresh and quick.

I went in to order because cars were wrapped around the building for drive thru. Guess it didn't matter. It took more than 15 minutes to get my order at the counter. Sad.

Big Mac wasn't good. Tons of sauce and the patties seem to keep getting smaller.
But the nice lady at the food window was polite and friendly.
So food, not so good. Staff, really good.

Staff mixed up almost every drive through and took 30 minutes to get my food and a trip inside. Entire lunch period gone. Food was not good at the end of it either! If Gibson City had more lunch options I would never be here!

Every time I go for lunch or supper and order a frozen coke IT is in DEFROST! Do you people not know what scheduling after hours is for!!! Not only that but evidently no one knows how to communicate because instead of being told its not available when you order, you are not told until its paid for and you are the pickup window and not only are you waiting on your order you are wasting additional time waiting on a refund because you aren't told when you order which is a big deal because I would not order anything if I knew there was no FROZEN COKE
I did not notice that my app was using the last McDonald’s locations 75 miles away. Couldn’t find my order, we went up to window I apologized said didn’t notice. Girl says oh your app not working, husband says no wife not working right. We’ll just order and pay cash. Girl once again says app not working. Husband again says can we order at window? She calls supervisor tells her app not working. Husband says we just want to order since
app placed order at a different location. There are three of them at window looking confused. The guy at register finally asks what do you want to order, I’d had enough we went to Casey’s.

Worst, McDonald's in the country! Very rude employee, throws the food on the counter. Don't care that the drink station is out of syrup. The only polite and caring employee was the one mopping the floor! She should run the restaurant!
