My husband and I have been going to this Subway for Years and have never been treated the way we were this morning Ever! Upon walking in the lady came up and rudly asked what we wanted, my husband asked for Italian herb and cheese and she snapped at him that they only had white, wheat and Flatbread acting like his request was an inconvenience,so once he chose she continued to have attitude through making his sandwich. She asked if his and mine were all we were getting and I stated yes, as mine was being made my husband was trying to get our kiddos to the car, she yelled at him that he can't leave until it's paid for so I quickly put my card in the terminal, he stated it's paid for and she rudly told him not yet it's not! He told her she was rude and needed to work on her customer service skills. He wasn't wrong, the other young lady considering what happened was super sweet and helpful. This lady who I can only emagine is a manager of some sort clearly needs put in check, there is no reason to be rude to customers and act like they're an inconvience! What an awful experience I truly hope the owners fix this issue.

Think I am about done here, store has changed ownership and the portions shrank immediately. Son ordered a double meat foot long($18 mind you) and there was barely enough meat to cover a 6". The wife's salad didn't even fill the small bowl you get it in and my 6" was pitiful. Seems the owners are trying to recoup there monies as quickly as they can.

Came in to subway here in Gibson on Monday May 8th around 650pm. As a former subway employee at another location there was no team effort. Lots of cross contamination with the meats. They did not use the deli wrap at the beggining it was prepared on the cutting bored and also the cashier was drinking a drink at the register. With that the plus side was when we walked in we were greated right always.
Our food was delicious! The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean, the restroom was extremely cold. Thank you for making our out of town visit a nice one.

8/18/22My granddaughter went into the store to get a sandwich, one employee was walking around with a plunger then asked what she wanted, and said why don't you go to McDonald's their not busy, she was the only one in their. The cashier had no idea how to count change back, he had to ask the other employee. I was waiting in the car, as soon as she came out, the one that told her to go to McDonald's immediately went out to smoke. The place was dead,never seen it that way, please get these kids more training and keep their mouth shut in front of customers. If I go in again and have to deal with thus our family will not return.

Food is alright and toppings are correct, but every time I've ordered online its been at least 15 mins late. This time it was 30 min late.
