Great steakhouse in a small town. A bit pricey, but when you're served good food then the price doesn't seem so bad. Serving sizes were decent. We ordered a ribeye, which was very good and chicken strips, which were also very good. I would recommend and will definitely be back.

We camp in the area and decided this past Friday night we would give it a try, our waitress was good as far as keeping our drinks full and etc, however we got the Oscar special which was okay but never did we expect a bill for 2 of us to be 173.80 I was so upset when we got the bill, we was charged for the steak as well as chargrd for the crab meat on top which was cold, the steak was cooked as we asked but the cold crab meat did not make it enjoyable.We ordered 2 crab cakes and was charged 45.00 for 2, my parents was with us and my mom was charged 45.00 for 2 crab cakes as well , a man followed us out and said he could tell by my husband's face we wasn't happy. He advised we was charged wrong for the crab cakes , he handed me 18.00 and my mom 20.00? Make it make sense! We dont mind spending money on a good meal but never have we or did we expect to pay 173.80 on a Friday night meal in our camping clothes! For the price we paid I would have liked my husband in a suit and tie. Location would have been great for us while camping but at that price we won't be returning. I have still tried to do the math and it still makes no sense!

My husband and I ate here a month or so ago. He had the steak and I had the chicken. Both were very good. Our drinks were good and service was quick despite how busy they were. Definitely will be back.

We went for dinner tonight on the recommendation of a local news reporter. We are so glad we did. The service was very for friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. I got the bacon wrapped filet and it was perfect. No joke one of the best steaks I have had in years. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Best steak I’ve had in a long time, very friendly staff, I’m not sure about pricing due to being there for a company event but I would definitely say it’s worth the price. Thank you for the experience :)
I had the new york strip special with asparagus, it was pretty good. The steak could of had a little bit more spice. I typically don't use any sauce unless I have to. I did not use any today, so that's a plus. Nice atmosphere and cold beer!

Last week was our 1st time there. Everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. We got 3 steaks and all 3 was perfect cooked and seasoned. Definitely recommend!

OMG the best steaks, I mean the best. No steak sauce in site. WHY? The steaks are so good you don't need a thing to at flavor or taste. At 75 years old this was one of the top 3 steaks I have ever had. Seriously awesome food and the service is great and the atmosphere is so down home laied back and enjoyable. Cooked to profection. Quality meats can't wait to return to Central Illinois to enjoy again. A true American place. LOVED IT!
