Well worth the drive from Champaign for a good quality steak and friendly quaint atmosphere. We were offered a spot to sit at the bar and appetizer while we waited for our table. Food was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. We ordered NY strip, filet and shrimp for reference! Will be back!

ribeyes were just large amounts of Un chewable gristle. What was ordered as medium well was rare. Very small portions for sides. For the price, we left bitterly disappointed. I took fianceè there for her birthday dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant.

A rainy evening offered the opportunity to take a little jaunt west with good fiends to try Longbranch Steakhouse! Great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere!! Three of us enjoyed the delicious Filets and one said his ribeye was cooked to perfection. Great choice of sides and a wonderful appetizer-sampler made the longer distance well worth the drive. Our waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable when questioned about the different choice offered. We will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: Saw children with a family that was also dining here! They seemed to enjoy dining here. Kids menu was available.

Went with my husband after a day of sitting at a baseball tournament in the heat, and happened to stumble upon this gem! The atmosphere was intimate, seated right away, the servers are so nice and never flustered even with a full restaurant. Our food was absolutely amazing and perfect amount, nothing to waste! The cook came to sit and speak to us personally after dinner, asked how our food was and thanked us for our business, super nice guy! Hard working people and loved everything about it. Will definitely be back
