Went there the better half of 10 days in a row, and got cold bacon. It's still delicious, and I totally understand human circumstances the staff was very kind additionally but it is worth mentioning; I am not sure if the process in which they keep the bacon warm is flawed, but it was super quick service though I would just recommend not to be too fast so this doesn't happen!

We love this dunkin' donuts! They always get us through the line quickly and get us our food and drinks accurately. This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. By far the most efficient Dunkin in the area

I got a large ice coffee. It was made perfect it was delicious when I walked thru the door I was greeted right away. The place was extremely clean. I did use the restroom very clean. This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.

I usually go through the drive through and I start placing my order and I cannot understand the worker that is taking my order, I have to constantly repeat myself to get her or him to understand what I want. Then when I get to the window my order is wrong and I have to reexplain what I want even after they confirmed what I wanted when they took my order at the speaker. It is very frustrating because it is such a small order and an easy one at that and they still can’t get it right. I wish they had someone there that I could understand fully without not being able to understand what they are saying, and that’s not being able to hear them it’s not being able to understand them.

I went there today, and I am not sure who they are hiring but all I have to say is that I need to be able to understand what they are saying to me while I’m in the drive through. I repeated my order multiple times as they kept telling me “give me a minute” then I had to say my whole order over again. On the screen my order was wrong (food and coffee) and I had to repeat it once again. This has been going on for a few months and I’m starting to now even want to go there anymore. I’m sick of the attitude from employees and the disrespectful was I get when I tell them my order is wrong. Won’t be coming back anymore and I used to love going here since I live close by.
Went to Dunkin today, I don’t know who you people are hiring but if I’m going through the drive through I should be able to understand the person taking my order, and they should be able to understand what I’m saying and I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6 times!! The girl they have at drive through taking orders is freaking rude and doesn’t know simple manners, doesn’t say hello takes my money out of my hand and doesn’t tell me my total nor my change amount. So disappointing, get new staff! Also got my order wrong here when it was all of 3 donuts!
