I would not go to this Dunkin' donuts found a huge piece of hair in my hot chocolate look at the pics bring it back all they offered was my money back and then they all started talking Spanish good thing I had that translator let me just say they said some ignorant things all because they thought nobody could understand them I am calling corporate!!!
They should have to wear hair nets I will try my damndest for you guys to have them have to wear hair nets just nasty like I want to taste some woman's hair with all their damn hairspray and whatever the heck she puts in her hair!!!!

Everyday when going to work, I pass by 2 other Dunkin' and I drive a couple minutes out of my way (passing my turn for work) just to go to this location. The staff is always amazing, the coffee is always great, my order is always right. This is my favorite Dunkin' by far!

Donuts are great but service is always slow.
Parking: Small lot,it's tight. People come out of drive thru and have to back thru lot to get out. People trying to get into parking spots,it's difficult.
As my girlfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru there was a long line. My girlfriend, who loves this location, said this is normal, it’ll move quickly. It ended up taking a little bit, but for good reason. Your amazing employee Kamil was braving the amount of walk in and drive thru customers all by himself. I know how stressful it can be running a place like that by yourself, so I was extremely surprised when Kamil was calm, collected and all around in a good mood, with a smile on his face! The service we received was amazing, the food and drinks were prepared perfectly, not rushed at all. Which is funny, sometimes fully stacked locations will still rush your orders and mess it all up, but not Kamil! We don’t even live near this Dunkin, but whenever we go out for Dunkin we make the drive up north to this location, past several other Dunkin locations, just because we know we‘ll receive good quality food and drinks! Unlike other Dunkin donuts‘! So thank you very much Kamil, and I hope the management or ownership of this location knows and acknowledges how valuable of an employee he is!!

I ordered hothoney bcn and I asked for a sausage and never got my sausage with it. This is my second time that I’ve had this problem with the same dunkin donut location in Gilbert’s. The hashbrowns can be 50/50. Sometimes they’re crispy and good, other times they are soggy. FYI I paid extra for the sausage and never got it!

I ordered a Frozen Carmel Coffee and the first time it tasted like too much like coffee and I had them make it again and the same thing happened it has way too much coffee and no caramel taste at all. I got Hashbrowns and they overcooked them and they were crunchy and hard.
