Went with friends. Packed Saturday night so very noisy. We had a sweet but very inexperienced server. I ordered corned beef/Reuben sandwich which was as chewy as a dog's toy with fries that were room temperature. My wife ordered wings that came naked..... no rub. No sauce on them and also cool. Gross! We paid the check and left the crappy food behind. Not going back anytime soon.

Went in today for my birthday dinner knowing it’d be busy, food and service were nice. Drunk people kept looking at my dad like he was an undercover cop.

Genuinely felt racist. We walked in for some corned beef and cabbage, it was a little busy and we understood that. A white couple comes in next to us and gets their drinks taken as soon as they sat down. They told us to “pick our own seats” but were not in a table in the corner, where they maybe could’ve missed us we were right in the middle. I would rate the food too but we didn’t get any service to order… I am just highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this place I felt that other people needed to know.

This place SUCKS!!!! I've been here 5 times and I've never had good service. I have no idea how this place stays open. The only reason to come here is the price. The food is mediocre at best and the service is HORRIBLE! We waited 30 minutes, I kept track watched people come in and get served, but not us. I understand there's limited options in Gilberts, but you will be much better served at the restaurant across the street.

Daytime bartender Megan T. is incredibly rude. Slammed my drink down in front of me and not a smile or a kind gesture. I had questions that she seemed annoyed with and couldn’t be bothered by me. Unfortunate honestly, normally have a great experience here. I was supposed to meet a larger group here and we decided to go elsewhere.

Big menu, lots of seriously hard to decide what to eat food options.
We all settled on some burgers. My sister from another mister got a simple build your own with lettuce and cheese, Mr. Shady got the Brisket Burger with Mac n Cheese and I got The 72 with Sweet tater fries.
We started with Potato Kegs (fried potato, cheese and chive logs. Kind of like tater tots on roids) and they were yum.
My buddies burgers were fantastic. Juicy, huge, flavorful. Mine was great too but.... my burger was wrong. Twice. First they sent the hangover burger. When I told my server, he brought me out a fixed burger but there was no pork belly. My friends were almost done so I just tucked in and ate.
They were super short staffed so I dinged a star.

Great food, challenged service because of staffing, cool interior, nice people +4 stars
Next time I'm in Illinois I'll go back. If service is improved it's I'd bump this to 5.

Don't waste your time or money here. We never saw our server again after our order was taken. They forgot to bring the soup until we flagged someone down to get it. We were never checked on again after our food was delivered and our beverages sat empty without any opportunity for refills. Staff pretty much forgot about us and were very chatty with other (bigger) parties.
Food was dry or not cooked well. We had the ribs, tenderloin sandwich & prime rib.
Food was OK, service was terrible and we were largely ignored by two female bartender that did now like each other. Each of them has their own groups of regulars that they took care of. I guess we went on a no nub's day.
