I live in Sleepy Hollow and I will not order for them he doesn't use real Rosati boxes when he delivers your pizza number one he makes up his own hours number two and his ingredients are horrible and he's very cheap on everything. The owner of Rosati's in Gilbert's is an awesome lady she takes care of all her customers best ingredients best tasting Pizza I'm friends with some of the Rosati family and I know their standards

Placed an order at 5:15pm. I live 4 miles away. As of 7pm still no pizza. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don’t ever order from them. You’ll never get your food and when you call they’ll blame it on “the kitchen” and won’t do a thing to ameliorate the situation. The driver later said she couldn’t find my street and could it be a different street name. I have lived here for 3 years. They have come here before. Is she using GPS? My street is on it.

Ordered a gyro and spaghetti for pick up. When I arrived the employee told me they were out of sauce for the gyro. In hindsight I should have asked for a partial refund on that and declined to take it. However, they could have called me and asked if I still wanted to order the gyro without sauce, because I would have absolutely said no thank you. Gyro meat was dry, crusty, and almost completely inedible. Spaghetti was ok.

Normally we do not have a problem with Rosati's hence the three stars. It would have been one star yesterday. Ordered a couple of appetizers and two pizzas. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Called when it got to be an hour and 10 minutes later to find out where our order was and I was told it would be here any minute. Called when it got to be an hour and 30 minutes and I was told we got hit because of the football game. I told her there is no way that my appetizers are going to be good and I was assured that they would be nice and hot. Finally got the order at a hour and 40 minutes later and the cheesy garlic bread and the mozzarella sticks we're garbage and were thrown out after one bite. The pizzas were lukewarm and definitely overcooked a little. It would have been nice when the phone wasn't ringing for them to get on the phone with the people that were over an hour to let us know what was going on. I'm going to give them a call today because I feel that I'm due a couple of appetizers and we'll see how they handle the phone call.

Never have I ever had a more wrong order! I rarely leave a negative review....Sent the hubby to pick up our Sunday cheat meal order and when he got home every single thing was wrong. Ordered a pepperoni/ sausage pizza with extra sauce ,12 bone in wings, ranch and blue cheese, and a Cheif on garlic bread...... well as soon as he got home we got a pepperoni only pizza no extra sauce no blue cheese no ranch and garlic bread.... tried calling multiple times to speak to someone. Well... no answer.

Rosatis pizza. A few tables to eat your jumbo slice if you’re on the go. Small place. Pizza is usually ready upon arrival without calling to order. I recommend. Good service good food. ??
