Might want to tell the lady. Working drive thru not to be in everybody's way. She was blocking the place where my Chicken Sandwich was sitting. The guy who waited on me couldn't get to it, then she turns around and blocks the only way to get out of the place she's sitting there talking and not realizing nobody can get around her Need a little bit more training their boys and girls.

This burger King closed early on Thanksgiving, I was there at 230 and could not get in. I'm just a truck driver away from home and could not get dinner, hours on the door said they closed at 3 pm.

The drive thru service is TERRIBLE!!! We will never stop there again. We have never seen such slow service ever!! Go anywhere else but to this place. If you do go there tell them to HOLD the mayo or your sandwich will be swimming in it!!

This spot is pretty good most times. Today tho, Aden seemed to be the only one there, he was hussling too. Someone needs to tell the King he is out of biscuts and ketchup... if Aden had what he needed and some help... this spot would be doing better.
Give Aden a raise, the man is busting his butt and has a positive attitude. Go Aden!!!

On our way to Makanda, IL and went inside to use the restroom and order. One lady (the one that reads the screen and puts stuff in the bag) was HUSTLING! The wait time was noticeable but the quality was worth it. Nothing is worse than waiting AND BAD FOOD! At least with this wait, the food was textbook BK good.

Ever since this BK switched to making every order fresh every visit has been perfect. I really don’t mind the longer wait if it means my food is always fresh. I don’t make a habit of reviewing fast food places, but these guys deserve some credit.

Never give burger king a chance anymore but stopped here off the highway and happy i did food was great and so were the employees place was clean and bathrooms were good to go
