No AC, young kids running around behind the counter, very rude guy at the register tried to charge me for each individual item on a value meal until I caught him, then he went from very rude to extremely rude. Cheeseburger was terrible and the LARGE onion rings only had 4 and they tasted like they had been fliating in the oil all day.... SMH DO BETTER !!!!

It’s 90 degrees today, and the ac is off. They are running grills, fryers, etc., so the building is HOT. The staff here always seems uneducated and they take forever to ring in your food, yet alone make it. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here now, will not be returning.

I used to come here every week sometimes 2 times a week for a blizzard for me and whoever I was with. Lately past 2 times we have been handed completely melted blizzards! What is going on? It leaked all over and hadda throw it out, also the lobby has been very hot and there is this one girl that works up front that is very disrespectful and rude swearing and talking horrible to the other employees and about the customers loud enough to hear in the lobby when we sat in to dine in the one time after listening to her swear like a sailer we decided we would no longer dine in when she was there. But now we’re getting melted blizzards ?. I will not be back.

Horrible excuse for a DQ franchise. Avoid this location completely. Also keep a close eye on your transactions here. I was charged $43 for a single hot fudge sundae and they refused to fix it afterwards.

Upon entering I noticed an unusual order, and I'm not sure what it was. Not awful, but not clean. I stopped on my way home as a halfway point and wanted to redeem my points. He said they were independent and didn't do that. Aren't all DQs mostly independent. I told him to have a nice day. Not getting my business.

Worst diary queen building I've even been in..entrance doors was taking in water and the floors were dangerously wet, there were Wet floor signs. Bathroom disgusting. Dining room so old and disgusting. Whom ever owns this building needs to be inspected.

I ordered Pumpkin Pie Blzzard ... It was horrible and I did not even go back ... I just threw it in the garbage. Never Again!!! And it was over $7. ... The most I have ever been charged for a large blizzard and THE WORST!!!!
Will never go here again, I will drive to fairbury for now on!!!!!!!!!!! Got a large chocolate cone that was so soft it was oozing over the sides when they handed it to me, let alone it was half the size of any other dairy queen. Drove about 30 feet and I had to try and catch the ice cream in my hand, barely had enough time to open my window as to not have it all over my clothes and car. It was so soft that I couldn't just catch it in my hands it was just oozing between my fingers. My wife called to complain as we were still in the parking lot. She told the owner what had happened, he wouldn't even offer to replace it. The owner told us that this was normal because it was chocolate. No apology, it's what you get when ordering chocolate. CORPORATE SHOULD PULL THAT FRANCHISE, IT'S JUST GIVING A BAD NAME TO DQ!!!!!!!!!!!

We have loved this DQ for the past few years and usually stop for food. Not anymore! The fries were not fresh & had a fishy taste. The chicken strips also had a fishy taste and the meat was so dried out with a weird texture. The sundaes were good and drinks were good. Overall felt like a waste of money due to the meal quality.
