There is a huge language barrier at this location. Everytime I have gone they do not offer a reciept and overcharge. Dq isn’t cheap , but this location charges more. They do not even attempt to do the flip test because the blizzards are watery everytime you get them. I tried to order a Oreo blizzard with chocolate base and the server made it a big deal. Very skimpy on the toppings/mix ins. They also charge full price for pup cup? Not sure if that’s normal. This is a sad location.

Walked in and the place was miserably hot inside, probably should be shut down until the air is fixed. Ordered our blizzards (2 strawberry dipped cheesecake) They were so poorly made, they weren't even recognizable as what they are supposed to be. If they would've tried the upside-down thing with them, they would've just poured out all over the floor, neither myself or my daughter ended up eating them. My wife ordered a banana split and it was literally just a tub of goo with a banana in it. The girl at the counter was rude when we tried to suggest the quality was terrible and said if she remakes it, it's just gonna be the same and threw her hands in the air before she walked off. They were apparently out of pineapple and strawberry sauce. The manager attempted to remake it, but probably 40 years of having banana splits, both examples were the worst I've seen. This location smells bad inside, is visually outdated and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet lid and tp dispenser were covered in flies. Just bypassed the bathroom all together after seeing that. We will never go back to the Gilman location, it was a terrible experience and waste of $21

No AC, young kids running around behind the counter, very rude guy at the register tried to charge me for each individual item on a value meal until I caught him, then he went from very rude to extremely rude. Cheeseburger was terrible and the LARGE onion rings only had 4 and they tasted like they had been fliating in the oil all day.... SMH DO BETTER !!!!
It’s 90 degrees today, and the ac is off. They are running grills, fryers, etc., so the building is HOT. The staff here always seems uneducated and they take forever to ring in your food, yet alone make it. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here now, will not be returning.

I used to come here every week sometimes 2 times a week for a blizzard for me and whoever I was with. Lately past 2 times we have been handed completely melted blizzards! What is going on? It leaked all over and hadda throw it out, also the lobby has been very hot and there is this one girl that works up front that is very disrespectful and rude swearing and talking horrible to the other employees and about the customers loud enough to hear in the lobby when we sat in to dine in the one time after listening to her swear like a sailer we decided we would no longer dine in when she was there. But now we’re getting melted blizzards ?. I will not be back.

Horrible excuse for a DQ franchise. Avoid this location completely. Also keep a close eye on your transactions here. I was charged $43 for a single hot fudge sundae and they refused to fix it afterwards.
