I look forward to every visit at The Gathering. They always have just what I'm looking for. A helpful friendly staff that makes you feel welcome . The Front Porch is an added treat. I shop, eat and shop again. Now that's a great day. You'll find it at The Gathering!!!
There are things that I like about this shop & things that I don't. I don't like that they charge a 4% fee to use a credit or debit card. I don't like how apathetic some of the employees are. Many times when I've bought things, the woman (it's the same one most of the time) ringing me up didn't even look at me, or she would carry on a conversation with a co-worker and completely ignore me while tallying my items. We were passing the area on our way back from Southern IL. Stopped to charge our car down the street & decided to quickly look around. The store is super cute and we walked out with a lot of great finds, all reasonably priced and some steals. It definitely is much bigger than I thought and I wish I had more time to explore all different booths/nooks.
