Service has been slowly declining for months now with longer wait times. Today was no different went in and ordered a ham and cheese omelet the other member of my party order a 2×2 breakfast after waiting for 45 mins the table behind us began to complain they had been waiting over a hour and had not received their food and watched multiple tables get theirs. Several times we have gone in for breakfast and waited over an hour for our food. We had a party of 2 with a very basic breakfast. Today we went in and ordered and a group of kids came in after us. They ordered after us got the food before us and when we asked about how long our food would be, after we waited for an hour. We were told there were still orders ahead of us and ours wasn’t even put in yet.
I arrived at 12:45 and ordered an omelette and did not receive my omelette by 1:45-1:50, I asked the waitress to check on her, and it had not even been started. There were only two other customers in the place. And now I know why.. I got up and left. This place is a dump and dying. The cook apparently cannot make an omelette in under 45 minutes. Why even bother? The waitress was nice and apologetic but this place is a dumpster fire.

Lucy's Kitchen is a place where you can enjoy a lumberjack-sized meal that satisfies all your cravings. The country fried steak and eggs come highly recommended, served with great flavor and fabulous service. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for enjoying the delicious pork chop special or spot-on chili. This is old school Americana at its finest, a cute restaurant with friendly faces and pretty decent food. Truck drivers are very welcome with a huge, free parking lot that is large and not full of potholes. The cowboy burger and fries and the all American breakfast were big portions with great taste. The service was excellent with a friendly and super nice staff. You can also enjoy one of the best roast beef Manhattans with wonderful, great mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked broccoli.
