They took forever and there was only one other car in the drive thru. And to top it off they forgot part of our order. Not impressed.

Staff and including manager ignored customers up front. The pace was insanely slow. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order. It was cold. They missed the drinks. And small fry. Took another 5 minutes to get their attention. Customers left because they couldn't get someone at the counter. I opened up my daily double that specifically said NO MAYO and it was PILED on. My husband got a mcchicken add cheese and guess what...no cheese. So order was wrong,missing items and all the food was cold. Because we didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for someone to get their lazy butt's up to the front counter even though the MANAGER was right DEAD next to the counter the ENTIRE time... we just left. I worked at the pontiac mcdonalds and our manager would have had an absolute break down if we were as slow as these guys and Noone at the front counter. Your drive through times were insane. Not to mention losing customers and having to redo a ton of items. Never again. And I work out here.

Second time I've been served close to raw meat for my quarter pounder. Make sure you ask that they cook it all the way.
Update, 12/2: Got the 5 dollar meal deal and got a burger, cold fries, cold nuggets and a watered down small drink. Most of the meal barely edible.

I have been coast to coast, so let the seriousness when I say- by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Waited 45 minutes on cold- unwrapped food and rude service- the boy handing the food from the windows face was literally leaking with fluid from obviously freshly popped pimples, refused to add sugar to my coffee and when they give me packets to do it myself- they were dark brown and hard as a rock from coffee from who knows how long ago! To make matters worse, when I come in to have my wrongs corrected- BOTH managers were rude as can be, got an attitude with the employee who informed them of the refund- who was obviously disabled- then continued ripped bags from my hands, basically called me a liar because “she was the one wrapping all morning” and then rolled their eyes said “whatever give her a refund” and threw the bag on the counter when she opened it to find an exploded McGriddle inside of the brown bag and a dumped on its side big breakfast meal . Unfortunately my significant other is an original local of the place. They could’ve had regular business from us as we’re here but now- they’ll never receive another dime from us or the family that lives here, or from anybody else I encounter in the area. This is the kind of McDonald’s that ecolli outbreaks happen at.

I'm not sure what happened to the managers and crew this place use to have but the owner should really look in to the people that are being hired here and how much business they are losing because of it.
Went to get food tonight around 6 o'clock Only have a few choices in this town and have had burger king the last 2 Sundays in a row because the last time we ate here the same thing horrible experience But I wanted something different and got out voted Worst decision possible Food was cold The chicken on the new big Mac was raw and cold on the side. Asked for large fry and wasn't even filled half of the way. Top bun so full of ketchup and mustard it wouldn't even stay on the burger. The chicken nuggets were so dark and hard that 1 the oil hasn't been changed in weeks or 2 they had been sitting there extremely long Asked for BBQ for the 3 sets of nuggets I bought and paid for but was told if I wanted BBQ I would need to pay for it even tho I was never given any. My son did not say anything because last time he did he was verbally asulted by on of there male managers

Third person in line go to 15 minutes get up to the window and get our food when I got the food the hamburgers were full of salt like they dropped the salt shaker on it they were terrible and the fries were cold and upside down in the back like they threw the bag to the cashier person very disappointing
