Daytime management is unprofessional and at times rude. You must always double check your orders because it's wrong more often then not. Update, I would give a 0 if possible.

Stop in while traveling. Timing was Right as it was only 1 person in line before me. They got my order right the 1st time with a Short wait on food. Taste was also Good. As I dinned inside, i watched the line get long and witnessed people frustrated waiting on orders. This did not affect my visit but short 1 star due most mc donalds needing more front end help. Look like they All give priority to drive through customers.

it was bad, they took around 30 minutes to get our order when we were inside and you can tell these people don’t care about getting peoples orders on time. Please hire a new manager or someone who who will get people to get the order out quick. We had to ask for EVERYTHING too. Uhhhh i hope this don’t be happening to other people 💀

This McDonalds the worst. It take so much time to complete the order because of 1 workers so lame. I had to wait 15mins+ on drivethrough for mobile order...
Arrived 20 minutes before the dining room closed. Ordered food. They converted it to take-out and delivered it 19 minutes later, telling us the dining room was closed and implying we had to leave. Food was bad. Fries were so terrible even my ravenous teen wouldn't eat them. He grudgingly age the nuggets because it was 10pm and he hadn't really eaten since noon because of when his flight home was.
This was our third fail mcdonalds of the trip. Between the time waste and slowness of all of them, we could have done a sit-down fast food and gotten faster and better food.

I visited here two days in a row, for both breakfast and lunch, while traveling to and from my destination. Day 1...my hashbrown was cold, sausage, egg & cheese mcgriddle was burned and tough to chew. The first order taker I was greeted by was friendly. The heavy set, dark haired female who handed me my order at the second window was a different story. Scowl on her face, and she shoved the bag into my hand. Then, she handed me my drink at an angle, almost tipping it into my lap. I figured it was maybe a bad day...one off. Nope! Went back for lunch the next afternoon. First order taker seemed to have a bit of an attitude for no apparent reason. She stared at me rudely while taking my payment. Second window? Same scowly cloud of thunder. Same bag shove out the window. Same sideways drink thrust. Fries were overcooked and dry. Nuggets were like miniature plastic pucks. Old food served at noon is inexcusable. It should have been the hour of peak freshness. I used to work for McDonald's. I know the patterns. In any event, I won't revisit the one in this town. I'll go to DQ, or BK first. Too many weird/rude employees at this one who don't know how to cook.
