Ran out of breadsticks... ran out of coke... and they were only making thin crust pizzas because they were almost out of dough... when we asked why? they said it was Sunday so they don't have alot on hand because they are closed monday and tuesday. What a way to run a business.

Definitely need to update menu. Claimed not to havea fryer so no sides what so ever. Pizza, sandwich and salad was the option. Italian beef was pretty good. Male cashier was friendly enough. He took order, cooked and served. Girl stood around and wandering. No eye contact and couldn't smile.. Got food n left. Heads up needed tp and the toilet was awful. Clean instead of lean.

I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 35-45 minutes. I called to complain. They said the pizza was done and it would be here within 15 minutes. I said fine and hung up as the cashier said goodbye. Waited another 25 minutes and called back. I was given to the manager that said my order was canceled. I was livid! I heard a lot of excuses, but not once did I hear we are sorry or we'll make it right. The manager said something about having a "15 year old" answering the phone, "skeleton crew" and said to call the Paxton Manager "he's there." I called.... no one answered. Blessing in disguise since they are more expensive than Monical's and have ZERO customer service. I will NEVER order again from this place. Sad, but this is one local place that I refuse to support.
This place has great service and is wonderful to customers. The food is amazing as well!! Definitely Recommend this place!

Used to be my go to. Thought I’d give it a try tonight. Told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it yet. Now I have no idea how many people had phoned in orders but to not even have a pizza started thirty minutes after being ordered??? That’s a joke. Went home and threw a Red Baron in the oven. Fool me once……..

Ordered a pizza tonight 10/10/21, cheese and bacon with creamy garlic sauce. Went to pick it up 40 minutes later and they gave us a thin crust cheese. We let them know we want the pizza we originally ordered. So what do they do...dumped thinly chopped garlic on every square inch of the pizza....it is disgusting! No creamy garlic sauce just like 20 garlic cloves chopped up and put on our traditional pizza sauce...we ordered cinnamon sticks and it was the breadsticks with cinnamon and sugar and NO ICING!!! those are gross too...what happened tonight! The time before our pizza was burnt. The time before that they said an hour and came almost 3 hours later. After I called and the kid asked me if I still wanted a pizza and he would stick it in because he forgot to put it in...this place has really just gone down...I am officially done eating there.
