Gone downhill. No bread ready at lunch, ordered philly which is supposed to be double steak, was mostly bread and vegetables. And waited in line for 15 min while they prioritize web orders. Easier to pack a ham sandwich if you need to work around Gilman Subway.

The 2 girls I met in there were so nice and efficient I wish I would have got their names to give them a shout out. I know one was the assistant manager. They work great as a team and got us in and out with a smile. One of the best subways I’ve been in while road tripping

We ordered online. The footlong meatball sandwich only had 3 meatballs. I think I will order at the restaurant so I can watch them make our sandwiches in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!! Worst Subway to stop at. Avoid at ALL cost!! Prices are higher than ANYWHERE!! Went in to buy a loaf of bread and they said they had to charge me the price of a regular sandwich!! For BREAD!! HELL NO Anywhere else you can pay under 2$ for a loaf of bread!! NOT HERE I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!! 15$ for a damn turkey sandwich

It's normally a great stop along I-57 with overnight truck parking, but this morning Joel (what the name tag on his hat said) seemed to be in a bad mood and just slapped my sandwich together. Very sloppy work and poor attitude if he's making your food.

There are plenty of options for fast food places in town. But SUBWAY is my 1st choice ALWAYS! Place is kept clean, menu offers delicious food options at good prices. Employees are wonderful,always greeted with a smile,sandwiches are made as ordered! 1 employee JOSE A ?? whom I've watched prep sandwiches is SUPER QUICK, QUIET, BUT A HARD WORKER!!
