Gone downhill. No bread ready at lunch, ordered philly which is supposed to be double steak, was mostly bread and vegetables. And waited in line for 15 min while they prioritize web orders. Easier to pack a ham sandwich if you need to work around Gilman Subway.

The 2 girls I met in there were so nice and efficient I wish I would have got their names to give them a shout out. I know one was the assistant manager. They work great as a team and got us in and out with a smile. One of the best subways I’ve been in while road tripping

HORRIBLE. Do not eat here. Ordered online with plenty of time , they did not have it ready, asked if they would cancel the order and refund the card, they said they didn’t know how, finally got my order a half our later than was supposed to be picked up. The whole place is disgusting and dirty.. the staff were yelling at each other.. I would have rated it a zero if I could..
Made my sandwich very quickly and correctly. No mistakes and they were very busy, several customers came in at same time. All with a smile and very friendly and welcoming.

We ordered online. The footlong meatball sandwich only had 3 meatballs. I think I will order at the restaurant so I can watch them make our sandwiches in the future.

Went inside to order but they only had flat bread and nothing else no tomatoes, no other vegetables ; all the veggies holders were empty. Went out empty handed, worst experience I had at a Subway.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!! Worst Subway to stop at. Avoid at ALL cost!! Prices are higher than ANYWHERE!! Went in to buy a loaf of bread and they said they had to charge me the price of a regular sandwich!! For BREAD!! HELL NO Anywhere else you can pay under 2$ for a loaf of bread!! NOT HERE I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!! 15$ for a damn turkey sandwich
