Excellent food, a beautiful and delicious old school Strawberry Milkshake, great service, and a nice visit with the owners. Well worth whatever trip you make to get here. Highly recommend.
Docs off 66 is worth the drive from Springfield! We have consistently good food and service. They are great with accommodating my picky eater. I love the veggie burger with goat cheese. The customizable grilled cheese is a hit. Have you tried the Deck Sauce? You gotta try it! And the ice cream, nostalgic soda fountain drinks and shakes are worth saving room for, granted there’s Always room for ice cream in my book!
We go there a few times a month and the food is always good! The servers are accommodating and attentive. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing place!
