As a KC native bbq standards are already pretty high when we have some of the better establishments back home. When compared to this and just food in general it’s pretty pedestrian. Brisket was good quality but pretty dry and lacked flavor. Mac n cheese was good but the potato salad was pretty aweful. Cold congealed sauce that had no flavor with bland potatoes. Scallion cornbread was interesting but overall nothing I’d return for or recommend.

1) Service 10/10 2) 0, unable to eat. ALL fat. 3) Ordered burnt ends mushed in my mouth from the fat, fries hard as a rock. Called in a To-Go order and was very disappointed as this used to be my favorite go-to BBQ location. Throwing away and ordering a pizza tonight unfortunately. $40 down the drain. :( i wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

This place is absolutely gorgeous 😍 the inside seating was spacious and the outside seating was exceptional 👏 great job to the design team.Thers a bar thats accessible from the outside seating area. There was also live music. We visited on Saturday after 3pm and there was not wait time. I had the burnt ends and 1/2 slab of rib which both were delicious. My friend had 1/2 of a chicken which he said was amazing,I will say they flavor threw out the chicken was yummy. Sides baked beans where yummy,potatoe salad not to my liking,Mac and cheese yummy.We also had cornbread,it had small pieces of peppers in it and corn. This place id definitely recommend also its family friendly😊 Let's not forget how attentive the waitress was from the young lady taking the food order to the young lady who made my drink10/10 id definitely recommend!!

Called to place an order at 9:30am and they said they didn’t open till 11am but I told them this was to give them a little more prep time for my order for lunch since it’s is for more than 2 people. for lunch . I told them I Only needed a couple lbs of brisket and pulled pork and they told me I need to order that 24 hours in advance . Terrible service and if they are that short on bbq at this location then they must not be able to accommodate 8 guests total during the lunch hours.

One of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. Real unprocessed roasted chicken on a buttered bun with homemade slaw and pickles. In this case I added a drink, grits casserole, and potato salad. Worth the visit and price.

I have been a regular in store and DoorDash customer of Eadley’s. It’s been my favorite BBQ in town. My latest order was combo tacos and two-sides (chips/mac).
I did not receive my Mac. The chips were a partial serving and burnt. This my second time of issues on sides.
I’m disappointed with the store part of my delivery today.
Bbq was good. They were out of ribs and on the bone chicken but that was understandable. Sides were meh. We tried the beans, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. Beans were well seasoned but I didn’t care for the two bean style. Random kidney bean in your bite messes with the flavor. For every bit of flavor that the beans had, it must have been taken from the Mac and cheese and potato salad. Potato salad tasted as if it hadn’t even sat in the same room with seasoning. Mac and cheese lacked flavor as well. Overall I would still recommend just know the sides need work.

I have been coming to this establishment for 2 years almost 5 times a week because it is closest to my work. I have gotten the same meal (kids meal) because it was affordable and gave you a decent amount of food. My co workers and I all did this and now after 2 years they are no longer serving it to adults. I make minimum wage and it was a solid option but now I will refuse to come and pay over 10 dollars for the same amount of food I once bought for 6.

Atmosphere was nice, I was extremely disappointed in the ribs, they call them St. Louis cut but really they were just baby back ribs... Good if you like baby back ribs but I would never go back for ribs... grits were great... potato salad was just ok, the bartender was rude...
