Didn't care for baked beans, or the nachos, and not getting appetizers until the meal was there. We had a party of 4 and didn't get our meals at same time either.

Placed a carry-out order through door dash at this restaurant. My fiancé went to pick up the order and the girl at the counter told him we placed it for delivery and the dasher had already come to get it. This was incorrect. He showed her our order details which showed it was a pick-up order, and was told since the order was placed through door dash there was nothing they could do. It was obvious they gave away our order accidentally. So my fiancé re-ordered our order and paid for it a SECOND time. When he brought the order home, not all the items were present. Customer service is terrible at this location and food we actually received was mediocre, with the exception of the banana pudding which was great. Won't be wasting money here again in the near future.

Self serve. Food was hot, potato salad was excellent. Music was a good mix of blues and bluegrass. Problems - cornbread not fully cooked. Ordered ribs at noon, said they weren’t ready. Still had 30 minutes to cook. They open at 11 so why weren’t they done at opening? I’ve NEVER been to a BBQ house where the ribs weren’t ready at opening. Warning - when using a card their register automatically defaults to a 18% tip. You have to go in and manually change it. How many people have been overcharged because they didn’t notice?

Overall 5 starts the atmosphere is like a 80s restaurant with sports the service was very nice but they took some time which is sometimes good because you can talk with your family they also took some time because the food was so good if I could rate it out of ten I would rate it 11 I got the ribs there were tender, had a good amount of sauce and did not have to much salt like most places I would recommend for anyone that likes bbq and meat

Disgusting, was the worst brisket I've ever had. 70% fat and low quality meat. Tasteless potato salad and worst coleslaw that seemed days old and was just vinegar and cabbage. Felt nauseous and couldn't wait to leave.

The food was ok. My salad had definitely seen better days. The burnt end fries were great, but the rest of our food just wasn't anything to write home about. I don't recommend the coleslaw or the potato salad.

I ordered meals for my family. When they were carried out to our table there was no cornbread. We asked for our cornbread and we got attitude. We later ordered another meal because my sons wings were undercooked, cold and bloody. When our meal came without the cornbread we asked for it again. A cook or waitress came out and slammed the plate on my table and accused me of not paying for it. I jumped up and demanded to speak with the manager. He NEVER bothered to come out. After spending $80 for 3 people to eat sub par food and be insulted is too much. They need to hire better staff. These people don't even know their menu. Shame on you. I sure hope we don't get sick.

I ordered the Hot Tacos and they were sweet vinegar tasting and requested the pico de gallo on the side which didn't happen. I also ordered the baked beans and jalapeño slaw and was disappointed that everything tasted the same. When I went to express my concern/ opinion the young blonde waitress took my tray and slammed it in the trash, same thing when I presented my co workers tray that he wanted to take home and see what his wife thought she did the same thing with that tray. Did not ask if he wanted to take it home. I've worked customer service in the trades my whole life and if I ever did anything approaching that I think I would have been fired. Maybe you ought to consider sorting things out instead of throwing a tantrum.
