My overall experience was okay, not bad, but it could have been better. My sandwiches were sorta warm,just like my fries, and my drink was water down, I'm pretty sure the Spirit dispenser needed to be changed. The lady who took my order kept rushing us to order food,and also was the same lady who cashed us out at the window. She had a really bad attitude towards us throughout the process of retrieving our food. Otherwise, the parking lot was super clean,and they had some great displays on the windows.

My family of 3 went through the drive thru for breakfast and got 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuit combos, the biscuits were extremely HARD like they have been sitting for a long while. The lady, Crystal was really rude to me when I asked for a remake for my biscuits. She slammed the window and walked away. Not to mention we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE.

My family and I went through and spent $36 on 3-combos.. which is extremely crazy!! No wonder Hardee's has been hurting for business and struggles.. but I asked for a receipt but didn't discover until I got home that one wasn't in the bag..so frustrating, especially since they partner with Upside... and you need a receipt to verify the purchase ?.
The food was delicious but irritated with the service and prices.. Good luck everyone

The evening drive thru guys is great at his job. These days you don't see too many men up front. They usually hide in the back.

I used to really love their omelet biscuit, but I’m pretty sure they started pre-making their breakfast sandwiches in advance because the moment I got to the window my food was ready, but the sandwich and especially the eggs were SO dry. I’ve thrown away two sandwiches, so I’ve given up on going for breakfast anymore.

I will say lunch is better, and the guy working the drive thru was very nice.

Lucas in the drive thru was amazing. I don’t typically take the time to do this but service that is up and WAY beyond , I do. Thank you for being personal and making things right when you knew they were not. Appreciate you! Take that attitude where you go. It’s amazing.
