Worst jack n box there is. Never get orders right. Super rude “staff.” My kids love their tacos but every single time we attempt to go back…. It reminds me why we don’t go there. Tonight yet again, most of our order was wrong. And management doesn’t attempt to make anything right. Do not eat here. Waste of time and money. I miss the old one in Edwardsville. They at least go the roses right. This is the one that should have closed.

I used the drive thru on 4/2/25. There was only 1 person in line in front of me. It took 10 minutes to take care of the first car. It took another 7 minutes for me. 17 minutes to received food that was actually cold. Not warm, like it had cooled off, but actually cold all the way through. The place seemed to be short staffed, I saw 2 girls behind the counter, none of them spoke to me about the wait or anything. They opened the window for payment, then for food ,no comments about the wait time or anything. They seemed overwhelmed and were transferring food from one bag to another and putting bags in what look like a holding location for orders, maybe door dash, I don't know. This was a second chance to a previous not so great visit. This was the last visit for me. Management is unaware and disconnected or just doesn't care.

Waited in line for 40 minutes and no one answered. How on earth is that even acceptable to any degree? We had a sick kid in the car and wanted something quick after a long day. Shame on you.

This place has gone down tremendously. I started in the drive thru. They acted like they didn't understand the Bonus Jack menu. So I called them and spoke to the manger on duty. She explained that this wasn't her store and said I could come in and pay for my order that she had already put in. 30 minutes later they finally had my food ready but I had to beg for a drink holder. That was the last straw. I glanced at my receipt because I was undoubtedly going to contact corporate, and noticed that they had overcharged me. I asked for the manager who refunded the charge, but kept the receipt. I hope you're able to pull up the incident so the young females who were supposed to serve me are disciplined or properly trained. I know good help is hard to find, but this was exceptionally terrible.

Went there on 10/14 around 9pm with my two children. I asked for 3 of the 5.99 combos double not triple. I paid $23.74. When order came up I was given 3 small burgers when I asked for drinks and fries I was told I didn't know you wanted the combo. Then the cashier was extremely rude when I said ok I will just take my money back then. She starred pacing and talking loud about that is not what I said. For one if she would have been paying attention to what I was saying instead of the guy behind her cooking she would have know what I was talking about. All I said was that my exact words were I would like the $6 combos double one regular two plain. She continued to pace and mumble ignorant things because I reused to pay the same price for 3 little burgers then 3 combos. As I am walking out the building she proceeds to yell go get a job you won't be broke. Yes I lost my patience at that point. I work full time and so does my spouse. Why would I pay the same price for a burger instead of a full combo. Terrible experience and it looks like the did the return to my account and then charged me again. I will be calling the store manger tomorrow to make sure I am getting that back.
