Horrible. The manager, Sabrina has no understanding of leadership. I asked to speak with someone over her. Sabrina told me that her superiors never come to the store, so all complaints will likely come to her. Shame on you KFC superiors.

The food was horrible, to say the least. I ordered three chicken strip dinners and everyone’s chicken strips were super salty. We waited a while for our order in the drive-through. The service was not very good. It was like we were being rushed, and I cannot tell you what the atmosphere was because we didn’t go in. We went through the drive-through. When I tried to call the store to let them know what was going on no one answered. I do have my receipt. I will be taking it back and letting them know have they answered. I would’ve brought the food back right then, but no one answered. Needless to say, I’m disappointed.

My husband picked up the 8 pc leg and thigh special. When he got it home, it smelled burnt. We had to peel off the crust to even eat it. It was so bad our hands smelled like it.

Ordered the three piece meal, chicken and wedges both were overcooked close to being burnt. Cole slaw was not the usual good slaw. Even the tea was like syrup it was so sweet. Not a good experience. I will try to take it back tomorrow.

Watched a dasher wait for an order from here, he accepted another order from a different restaurant, picked it up, and returned to this restaurant and the order still wasn't ready. Their floor in the back work area looked unsanitary and very dirty.

James in the drive thru deserves a raise. I was using a coupon (which normally annoys employees) he made sure I had everything in my order. It was the most pleasant fast food experience since covid.

Employees are more concerned about getting high in the parking lot rather than proper customer service. They expected me to be okay with half my order being unavailable after I paid for it online for pickup so they didn’t say a word.

We live about 30 minutes from this KFC, each time we've gone to pick up or the drive thru, they never get our order correct. Tonight, not only did they forget our chicken nuggets and sauces, our chicken was very tough and dry..$.75.00 dollars later...We will not go back to this KFC

Went through the drive-thru today. I wanted to try the mashed potato poppers they sounded yummy. When asking how to order them they told me they come with the Double Dipper bucket so I asked to order one of the buckets and I wanted to substitute the fries for anything else because I live 45 minutes away and it does not make sense for me to purchase the bucket and get fries that will go stale by the time I get home. I was told I could not substitute so I opted to order the more expensive meal and I asked if I could do the mashed potato poppers on the side I was told that I could not order them on the side. Suddenly there is a man on the speaker instead of a woman who I was originally speaking to, he asked me if there is anything else I'd like to order. I tell him I would like to have the mashed potato poppers that are listed on the menu has a $3 option he tells me that I can order them from the menu I just can't have them as my side. I explained to him I never asked for them to be a side on my meal I asked for them to be on the side meaning their own individual order so he adds them as their own individual order when I pull up to the window to pay my $54 total I am greeted with a man who snatches my card out of my hand and closes the window prior to me being able to complete my sentence. That is not the way customer service is ever supposed to be. KFC can do way better. I will not be back to this location.
