Went through the drive-thru today. I wanted to try the mashed potato poppers they sounded yummy. When asking how to order them they told me they come with the Double Dipper bucket so I asked to order one of the buckets and I wanted to substitute the fries for anything else because I live 45 minutes away and it does not make sense for me to purchase the bucket and get fries that will go stale by the time I get home. I was told I could not substitute so I opted to order the more expensive meal and I asked if I could do the mashed potato poppers on the side I was told that I could not order them on the side. Suddenly there is a man on the speaker instead of a woman who I was originally speaking to, he asked me if there is anything else I'd like to order. I tell him I would like to have the mashed potato poppers that are listed on the menu has a $3 option he tells me that I can order them from the menu I just can't have them as my side. I explained to him I never asked for them to be a side on my meal I asked for them to be on the side meaning their own individual order so he adds them as their own individual order when I pull up to the window to pay my $54 total I am greeted with a man who snatches my card out of my hand and closes the window prior to me being able to complete my sentence. That is not the way customer service is ever supposed to be. KFC can do way better. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered the new bucket, potato bites were advertised as included, was really looking forward to trying them but when I received my order…no potato bites. Very disappointing since I ordered this because of the included potato bites as advertised. Likely won’t return since KFC is now practicing false advertising.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken Littles, made me pull around to door. Had to go in saw 2 managers walk to the back. 1 employee stated she was the only one there. Wanted a refund, girl said they are ready. I guess after sitting for 20 minutes. I said forget it and left with no refund and no food. Will not go back after that.

I had ordered KFC meal from uber eats at around 9:30 pm but two fries were missing and when I tried to call back to inform about missing fries they didn’t pick up my call.(

Whe had to wait for our food. french fries were old, cold, and nasty. Chicken looked like they went outside and shot a pigeon. The outside of the building looks dark and dingy.
Overall, we were not happy.

If I could give this place a 0 or negative I would. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I waited over an hour and a half for my order, 2 festive feasts. There were 4 guys standing around doing nothing and a manager just standing around asking what was taking so long. There were 2 other people in the lobby waiting on their food also who said they had been standing there for over 30 minutes. There was another person who came in to pick up an order for grub hub and no one could figure out what to do. I had sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes before being asked to pull around and they would bring it right out, sat outside for another 20 minutes before going inside to find out how much longer and then stood in the lobby for another 45 minutes. When I asked for my money back I was told they don’t do refunds. If I had not already paid $60 for my order I would have just left.

Just stopped at this store on my way home from work. I spent over $60 on a family meal and an extra bucket of chicken. Used the drive thru. Had to sit and wait for the workers to stop yelling at each other before I could pay then had to sit and wait 10 minutes before they brought my food out. Drove 25 minutes home only to find out, that even though I ordered a family meal that is supposed to come with biscuits, there were no biscuits in the bag. This isn't rocket science people!!!!!!

I was missing two orders of mac n cheese and four orders of mashed potatoes.
Had to make a 20 minute drive back to get the rest of my order.
The staff apologized for the mess up but it's not that difficult to check and make sure the orders are complete.
They had three staff working on a busy Saturday.
You need more staff on a Saturday kfc.
Other than that the food was excellent.

This is by far the worst kfc I've been to. There were 3 employees standing around. I was the only car in the drive through and they still managed forget food in my order.
