I was missing two orders of mac n cheese and four orders of mashed potatoes.
Had to make a 20 minute drive back to get the rest of my order.
The staff apologized for the mess up but it's not that difficult to check and make sure the orders are complete.
They had three staff working on a busy Saturday.
You need more staff on a Saturday kfc.
Other than that the food was excellent.

The food tasted fine and was freshly prepared, but they only gave me 10 pieces when I ordered a 12 piece bucket. It wasn’t enough for me to call or go back up there, but c’mon man! At the price of food these days, at least we could count it out correctly.

Had a taste for some original recipe kfc. My sides were good and hot. But the main attraction fell short badly. Geesh change the cooking oil. Chicken was inedible. Too much of a burnt dirty oil taste. I couldn’t stomach it. As much as kfc charge for chicken you can at least replace the oil every few days. This oil was beyond a week and management knows better. Trying to save a buck but costing you customers. It’ll be awhile before I come back to this location.
