Recently tried a Detroit style here. It was delicious! I house the pizza w tons of garlic butter. The staff are incredible and so so sweet.

Worst Staff and management.Never gonna visit this place.Especially the lady was not caring about the customers.

Worst staff…Dont even care about the customers and always on the phones…Happens every single time I visit…Change in staff could be better for store or atleast make them learn manners.

If you are in a hurry go elsewhere - quality of the food is always good but they can't keep a time for online orders. Typically 30+ minutes of waiting after your food is supposed to be ready for pickup.

I would take your business elsewhere. I normally don’t give reviews, however, this time there is an exception. A quick version at best….order online, waited 40 minutes, drove to store only to be told that they didn’t even make it yet. They informed me to come inside, wait another 25 minutes until they could prepare our food. Spoke to the manager on duty, who only interrupted me numerous times, after being asked what happened, no apologies, and definitely no consideration for the customer. His excuse ordering online means nothing and does not take priority of people coming into the store. Save yourself the time and frustration go somewhere else.

They should be ashamed of themselves, gave me 2 pizzas both undercooked, the dough was not even cooked at all. Took them back and they remade them both the same way, undercooked. I can’t understand why you would serve someone a pizza that isn’t even cooked. Steer clear of this place, spend your money somewhere that cares about what there serving you.

Wife ordered a pizza sausage, pepperoni, and extra mushrooms. Picked up no pepperoni like 3 mushrooms and 2 pieces of sausage. Plus it looks like they added mushrooms to a pizza that was sitting around and we all know what happens to Ceasars pizza when re heated....gross. I think they should of stayed closed will never spend money again

Place they order for two orders of crazy pups and two orders of crazy bread. The app said it would be ready in between 5:32 and 5:36. When I arrived at 5:30. I waited and waited and waited. My food wasn't actually ready until 6:30. When I finally got home to eat the crazy Puffs were cold because they'd been sitting on the counter waiting for the crazy bread to be made for an hour.

My dad received a free veterans lunch combo today and the dough in the middle of the deep dish is still raw. I understand the store was busy and the meal is free, but we couldn’t even eat it without baking it again in our own oven. It also feels a bit disrespectful for veterans day since this is suppose to honor them, even if it was free.
