They outsource orders taking over the phone for Pickup!! They told me the order was ready in 20 min. Got there my Pizza Order was Incorrect. I ordered half Pep and half Veggie. The order is totally wrong. So I had to wait over an hour to make the pizza Correct! ******Another thing noticed NO Gloves being used, all bare hands make the Pizzas. Also the boys had long Loose Hair. This store does believe in Hygiene or protecting the customers hair in their food. This is against all health codes.*** I should have got Free Pizza! ***"(I do not recommend this Pappa Johns to order a Pizza. Go somewhere else). Cooperate management needs to order a Pizza and observe!! Clean this place up and do not outsource orders taken over the phone. 😧

Ordered ahead for a deliver at 5pm, received it at 3:30. Called to discuss and was transferred to a manager. The manager was rude and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I have ordered from this location several times, but after tonight, I will no longer order from here.
The employees continue to place all my garlic dipping sauces inside the pizza box. This makes zero sense since my pizza gets placed on the heater. The heater destroys the garlic sauce, changes the color, turns them into a watery consistency, and ruins the taste. The garlic sauce is supposed to have a thick and buttery consistency.
Anticipating this issue, I called ahead and specifically asked them to place my sauces in a separate bag. Despite this, when my pizza was delivered, the sauces were once again inside the box. Some had spilled, and the seals were broken.
I called to explain the issue, but the employee on the phone was unprofessional and did not take my concern seriously. He put me on hold, and after a while, the call was disconnected. When I tried calling back multiple times, they refused to answer. Eventually, the same employee picked up and sarcastically asked, “Is this about the sauces again?” before immediately hanging up.
The employees at this location should not be working in customer service. It is clear that no one there cares about customer needs. I am fed up. Moving forward, this location no longer exists to me—I will never order from here again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Called to place order at the store. Guy told me to call back & press 2. I told him every time I do that, no one at the call center speaks English. He says hold on I’ll take your order. Then hung up. This is where my pizza was supposed to be. It’s a shame all the American companies are outsourcing calls to none speaking English.

I just came home after picking up my pizza. I order a large pepperoni and meatballs Cost was 19.80 sevice was good it was ready when got there but it wasn’t a very good pizza. 3-5 pieces of pepperoni and hardly any meatballs. I could have done better with a Walmart 6 dollar pizza. I’ve ordered pizza before at this location and always good Maybe because I don’t order pizza much from there couple times a year. Oh well I’ll go somewhere else
