I brought my kids here after school and ordered the rivet shaker and cinnamon rivet shaker. Both were hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff were also super friendly and quick to help. We’ll definitely be back and often!

We are so excited pretzel factory opened again! We stopped by today and the pretzels and slushies were great. The place was clean and the person working the register was very nice. Megan did a good job baking!

Service with a great smile! So excited to see them back in business! Megan made great fresh pretzels! Our cinnamon rivets were packed to the top! The brownie batter dipping sauce is packed full!

Philly Pretzel Factory in Edwardsville is great. I'm so happy they opened back up with new owners. Great different types of pretzels, very good. Every one that works there is very nice. Justin, Billie and (Mandy) I hope that is right. They make their customers feel welcomed when going in there. Their Grand opening is this Friday.
