Pretzels were good, a little dry/ chewy. They weren't hot, like I hoped they'd be.I will try them again.Just a heads up ... they charge for mustard! A small round cup (like you put ketchup in at Culver's) was $2.50! Better save up your mustard packets! Lol
Place looks clean, friendly staff, delicious treats at an affordable price.My only issue is, on heavy traffic days is difficult to reach the establishment and parking lot is of triangular shape, cars coming in and out is a hassle.UPS store is right beside it, inconsiderate drivers in a hurry for drop off will drive without caring, exercise caution driving to and from the place.I really do not know the bad feedback, to me the pretzels had good flavor, no weird after taste.
