This very quickly has become my new favorite place to eat here in town. I've tried their sando, the boneless wings, strips, and fries. Their chicken is absolutely delicious! The chicken is full of flavor, tender, and juicy! Hands down the best tasting chicken in town!

First time got the wings for two. Buffalo and amazing sauces on boneless. Both sauces were great and the fries were plentiful in fact two of us didn't eat it all. Dine in is a little small. Understand they are more of a carry out place. But if dine in and two are more eating plates or something would be nice to put you own wings on. But service was outstanding. Lots of traffic in and out but we still got our dine in wings in a very reasonable amount of time for fresh wings. Definitely will be back and Definitely will be sharing with everyone. Go here enjoy the many many wing sauces and sandwiches they serves. Your family will love it.

I ordered a scheduled pickup at 6 to be ready at 6:45. We get there a few minutes early check in at the counter tell them our name and order number and the employee says she’s still working on it. No problem we were a little early anyway. 20 minutes later we check in they said it was still being worked on. Fast forward to 30 minutes after it was supposed to even be ready still nothing so I go back up to the front to check on it. Turns out it was just sitting on the counter so my food was no longer hot when I got it… The customer service definitely needs work.
Food: I think it would taste a lot better hot but the flavor was still good. However, the Mac and cheese was god awful. It was worse than a hospital cafeteria Mac and cheese. That cornbread though. Omg that cornbread was delicious and might come back just for the cornbread.
Overall not the greatest experience might consider coming back after they work out their kinks since they just opened.

It could be me misunderstanding the meaning of “wet” wings. I’ve ordered the garlic parm twice now and both times it appears that there’s no sauce. They’re we’re pretty dry both times.

When tin for take out. Ordered online. Said up to 20. So waited before leaving out. Arrived and still waited another 10min. No biggie. GOOD- wing size and cook time were great. Not overcooked to death. Wings nice and plump. Mac and cheese not bad for fast food. Give it a solid 6.5. Fries are pretty good too. Cornbread was surprisingly good. BAD- THROW THAT COLESLAW IN THE TRASH. WTH YOU FEEDING PPL. THATS NOT FOOD. THATS GRASS IN A CONTAINER. NOT GOOD. Jamaican jerk sauce is not it. Pictures online is not what I was served. Not sure what Jamaicans you guys know but that sauce is not a jerk sauce by far. At least give it a different name so no one is confused when they order it. Lemon pepper, bbq, Nashville sweet heat were good. Just a knock off from wingstop. Air conditioning must have been down. Very uncomfortable inside. Had a sewer type smell in the background. Maybe due to being too hot. Would invite it another shot. Probably not

Took a detour heading back north after visiting for a baseball game. My son is a huge wings fan so we decided this was worth the side trip to try. It was! We got the 10 wing combos and it was too much for both of us. Really good sized boneless wings! I’ll say Hot AF is just that. Don’t do it. Whoever you are trying to impress will forget about it after a few minutes and you are not even having fun after a couple. Luckily I split them with Nashville Hot: Will stop again if passing through.

We were just driving by & saw Wing Snob in Glen Carbon. We took the chance, turned around & went in. We made an excellent decision. They have an extensive menu featuring bone-in & boneless wings, tenders & chicken sandwiches. We ordered 10pc bone-in wings & the buffalo ranch loaded fry basket. We live in South St. Louis County but will be driving back to Edwardsville to try other sauces, street corn, Mac n cheese & the corn bread. If you like chicken, you'll love Wing Snob. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Our first time here and it was pleasantly good! We ordered buffalo tossed wings and cauliflower wings, both were tasty! The only thing we would critique would be the seasoning on the chicken, the sauce has good flavor but without it the chicken would probably taste as bland as Canes. Nonetheless we enjoyed our food and will definitely be back to try other things! Hopefully Wing Snob is around for a long time :)
The owner was generous enough to give away free food for first few days so me and my roomates went again when they opened and they gave us all the cougar discount. Glad to have some quality chicken in this area!
