Great tasting flavors and big size scoops. The owner Singh was so pleasant and friendly and would definetly go back there again with my family! I would highly recommend this place. Spacious, clean and great service!

Disappointed with the customer service—especially when spending $50 on a cake. Their ‘one sample per customer’ policy is unreasonable. How can anyone decide on flavors with just one sample? Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My sister was ordering a coffee and when she was about to pay she had a coupon and the girl mumbled and we couldn’t understand her. When we saw the receipt and it gave us original price. So we asked the employee and she told us “it didn’t go through, I don’t know why” so we asked if she can add the coupon and chose not too. We asked for a manger and she said she wasn’t there and we asked if she can call and she did. We asked for a refund because we had other stuff to do and she said we couldn’t and she still couldn’t a refund because it was “expired”.

Amrit rolled her eyes when I first ordered. I had a coupon on app and after my transaction when through she said it didn’t work and when I asked why it didn’t go through she said I don’t know. Couldn’t give us an answer. She called her manager and was on back in the phone. I told her to do my drinks and she proceeded to go back in the phone and not do my drinks. I miss Emma being here she was friendly and very helpful. This new lady seems like she doesn’t like her job. While I was still here another customer came and was arguing with her too. I won’t be coming back here I’m very disappointed.
I have been coming to this location for specialty cakes for quite a few years now. I drive past a few Baskin Robbins to come to this location specifically because both management and the employees have always provided me with amazing customer service. The owner is involved in the operation and is just such a nice person. The staff is very professional but most of all, they are just all so nice. I could get the same cake made at any Baskin Robbins, but it's well worth the drive to this location to know that what I am wanting, will be done right, and that my little bit of business I give them is appreciated. Baskin could do right by using this as a model ice cream shop.
