On Wednesday, December 10th, I ordered a delivery for 5:00 PM for delivery online. I had to make an adjustment over the phone and Angel D was so pleasant and accommodating!! The beef was fantastic and the rings perfectly done!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS, Patricia, Angel D, and Mr Peter Hartman!!

Service is excellent! Our orders are always made perfectly and restaurant is very clean and ample seating is available. Quality of food is very good. I love their roasted vegetable pizza and season's Peppermint shake is the best👌🏼

Friendly service with a smile. But they don't go out of their way to help. The food was absolutely awful. The fries were overcooked. The buono beef was terrible on stale bread and tasted, like ash for some reason. They were willing to remake the sandwich, but they put it on even more stale bread. And I had to physically ask them twice to make it, because they just forgot. Overa Ll, bad experience won't be returning to this specific buono. To be clear , I love buono , just not this one. Won't be returning.

The cashier took our order wrong we even got a receipt and when we went to return the food the manager or supervisor on shift questioned us three times if the the cashier repeated the order we said yes each time I didn’t feel comfortable about that at all but the food was good I just won’t go back to this location honestly

Can't say enough wonderful things about everyone working there. Shelly went above and beyond to help us feel like we mattered to her. Treated us like family when we asked if we could have a celebration of life at the restaurant due to it being my Dad's favorite place to bring his classic car on Saturday nights. Food was great so helpful and kind when we were not sure how to pull this off. Without much time she made our day very special. Thank you so much.

Bouna Beef was very generous to allow us to have a celebration of life event on short notice. They even blocked off part of their parking lot for a small car show. Shelly made our event a success. She was super attentive and made sure the food kept coming and the area was clean.
