Buona - Glendale Heights

Place needs a deep cleaning. The quality has dropped. A few years ago, this could be a weekly spot.

Portion size is really small for a large beef

I have always loved salads and today they gave me an almost frozen salad, which is a shame because the quality of the food and the service are changing.

It's Buona, for a chain restaurant the food is phenomenal for the money. The beefs are as good as anywhere in Chicago. The pizza is great, hot dogs great, chicken sandwiches and salads are great. I'm fortunate to have a Buona close to me, it's a go to for whenever I need great food fast.

I had the worst beef sandwich ever. My wife and I didn't even finish ours, and it was buy one get one free. Maybe you'll like it, but I definitely did not.

Great experience at this restaurant! Food was cooked to order and only waited approx 5 min for it. Staff was amazing and I will be back!

Got my order wrong… hot dog with ketchup only for my child. Went back in and it took 15 mins to get the right food item. 0 hustle and multiple people standing around doing nothing. Will not go back.

I came here with my family on Sunday. Buona has always been great but it was our first time eating at this location. As always we came in with high hopes. The cashier was great, I didn't get his name but he was precise. I have kids and they change their minds quickly but the cashier had no issues making adjustments to the orders. He said food might take a while but the wait wasn't bad. The food was AMAZING!!!! One of the best beefs I've ever had in my 37 years of life. So much flavor, so juicy and the bun didn't fall apart. The fries were also amazing. The perfect amount of salt, crispy on the outside and soft inside. My wife had the meatball sandwich and that was also on point. The hot dogs are great and pizza is pretty good.
Don't forget the amazing Rainbow Cone while you visit!!!!!!!

This the worst delivery order I have ever gotten this is disgusting I will never order from this place ever again I wish I can give this restaurant not even a star

Got two Cheesy beefs one dry one baptized and two fries (no drinks) they were perfect and delicious. The cashier was friendly and repeated my order back to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also did not try to "upsell" me on stuff I didn't order. Nice and cool inside too.

I am in a wheelchair doing chemo. I wanted to try the cone not offered thru drive thru. A manager was the one who took the call. ERIC. Offered to bring it out. He did. Much appreciated. Service! Great! Coodles!

Had a great beef sandwich and the buffalo chicken salad is loved by everyone in the fam. Eric was amazing, super friendly and checking up on us all the time, the best. Finished it off with the Original Rainbow Cone, great ice cream.

Eric the manager gave me a large fry half full and claimed he packed it himself and insisted he didn't know why he would do that, as if I was making up a story. When I pay $4 for a Fry, it should be full. Other than that he was a good manager and very courteous and helpful. Note to Buona: when a customer complains, please listen
