If you're disabled or elderly I don't recommend you stop here in the middle of the night early morning to use the bathroom and get a few things. Because he doesn't know how to leave a pathway from the closest door to the bathroom not being ableist. And when I try to say something because I was very frustrated he told me that I had to leave or he was going to call the police. His fragile ego couldn't take any corrections. Or pointing out the fact that he's ableist! And doesn't think of someone that can't walk very far and how he made it harder! So he made it even more harder on me! That's his character. Very typical. I'm used to it, especially of men and especially of people who think less of women and of disabled people!

If your ever in need of food or gas this is definitely not the place to stop fuel pumps are always down or broken they never keep stock of water and there is never food made the workers are lazy and ignorant was just in there at 130 pm and again they had one old burger and popcorn chicken that was probably from this morning if I was able to give this store 0 stars that’s exactly what they would get I highly recommend trying another location or going to speedway across the street

I understand the multiple one stars I just walked out of there after watching an old man working there carefully surveil a black man while I walked through unbothered. Benefit of the doubt was there until another minority family walked in and he gave them the same treatment I could have stuffed my pants with snacks and drinks and this racist would have never noticed because I'm a white man. If I can give zero stars I would. The men's bathroom was horrendous, there was no toilet paper on either stalls no paper towels either and there was lots and lots of gang graffiti on the walls and doors. Such a disappointment of a place will never be returning to this location again, as well as the staff were rude when I advised them about the paper situation in the bathroom. In all honesty this location should just close down or get new management cause it's a disappointment for it to be a Casey's

It’s 11:55 and there’s a lunch rush of blue collar guys all asking where the foods is at and the lady working isn’t making anything.. just down the street is pilot gas station that AMWAYS has everything all of the time without fail.. this Casey’s location is a fail…

I can’t begin to express my disappointment with ANDY. They confirmed my order on the app, then called me and said they didn’t have the ingredients. Ok, please cancel. They said ok and hung up. My DOOR DASH (?!?!) driver texts me he’s there and the food is ready soon. I told him to call me and we needed to talk to the store. I got Andy, an “assistant manager” (he said he was multiple things) and he flat out told me I was out of luck and had to call Casey’s subcontracting delivery service to address my Casey’s order. Then hung up.
I called back and he said he wasn’t the manager, then was, and then told me he wouldn’t be helping me any further and that there was nothing I could do.
As someone born and raised on Casey’s pizza this beyond hurts my soul and I’ll not only avoid this location but Casey’s as a whole. If this is how you treat people that you just stole $40 from I don’t want to be involved. It should be noted that Andy did mention if I showed up to complain he’d call the police, so I had enough incentive to not come back prior to this review.

Overnight staff won't clean the bathroom. People generally stop at the gas station for a number of reasons. Bathroom being one.
Overnight/ early morning lady working is always watching TV at register, maybe clean the bathroom and provide customer service there's no excuse for there to be a sign on the door that says no bathroom after 10pm.
Do better as humans. Smh

The website states ordering pizza is available until 9:30. I walked in at 8pm to place an order and was told by the girl at the counter that the guy working the pizza area “He already cleaned the kitchen so we’re not making anymore tonight” So apparently they can close the kitchen an hour and a half earlier then posted if they just don’t feel like making anymore pizza for the night. Now I see why this location has such a low rating, maybe corporate can look into whether or not this is how they want to be represented.
