I came here thinking eating Italian food, unfortunately it wasn’t. Only Italian food was pizza with gyro on top and chicken spaghetti other than that it was all Indian food. Food was good I enjoyed but it was disappointing not being able to eat Italian cuisine.

I really enjoyed everything from the restaurant and bakery. Thanks for giving us a great halal option for desserts and crave foods. No one beats your pizza and now that Lotus cheesecake ?

I visited Italian Express Bakery and was really impressed! The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, showcasing their bakery’s quality. The lotus cheesecake was rich and creamy with a satisfying crunch from the lotus biscuits. To top it off, the taro smoothie was smooth, refreshing, and just sweet enough. Overall, a fantastic experience at the bakery, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

It's pretty much a self service place, but still charge 15% gratuity. The owners have no shame. Lately food quality is gone down.

This place is a complete disgrace, fooling people under the guise of being a halal business. They charge extra for every little thing—each topping, even for basic stuff like onions! None of this was mentioned when I called to place the order. They just hit you with a crazy bill at the end, overcharging left and right. To make things worse, when I tried to talk about it, an aunty, who looked like she might be the owner, started arguing with me instead of addressing the issue. I stayed calm, but it was obvious they’re just in it for the money. No courtesy to explain the order or the charges over the phone, no hospitality, no guidance—just a blatant rip-off. My brother wanted the food, so I went along with it, but I honestly regret it. The quality is questionable, and I don’t trust them at all. It’s all about the money for them, not the customer or the food. Stay away—these guys are scamming people, even normal Muslims who trust them for halal food. Value for money? You guys don’t even come close. This place sucks, big time!
Also couldn’t finish the pizza that explains your taste!!

Yes I didn't want your pizza and never ever will it was my brother's order !! I did happened to eat it and gave my honest review as your pizza wasn't even quarter worth of the money you charged!!! as we were working and needed a bite couldn't waste more of my time making an order somewhere you can lie as much you want ! But you and me we both know the truth may Allah give you sense to understand this and stop lying !!with this attitude good luck to you and your business and also if possible tryna learn some manners and pizza making skills from your other store at Devon they are far better than you in this instance at least !!
