I was here to see my husband band play. I had no intention of eating here but we ran out of time to go eat before the show, so we ordered food. The food was fantastic! Best burger I've had in a wile, and the staff is really friendly too. Jaxx is now my go to buger joint!

Owner and Bartender were arguing over stupid stuff.... Owner flat out told employee that she doesn't like Her and Employee said the same was trying to find a new place to chill but for right now 1 star will change if I give the place another chance.... Was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to patrons... I deal with enough of arguing from the kids that I don't want to hear it at a place I'm spending money...

Good local place to get a beer and some eats. However the last two times I went in, the air conditioning was not on and it was about 90 degrees and 90% humidity INSIDE. So uncomfortable, I had to leave.

Nice neighborhood, some of the bartenders need to take a class in how to treat customers and their needs. The games are Filthy dirty, bathrooms and it smells at times. It needs some work and better Management.

We tried this place for a quick dinner and had a coupon. Found out they don't honor any coupons any longer. (Mail savers, Groupon, restaurant.com, etc) If the kitchen looks anything like the outside, they need to get the health inspector in there or condemn the place. Nasty! Filthy! Food was less than good and service was lacking.
