the employees hate their job everytime i pay for extra sauce they double check the receipt as if the 25 cents comes out of their paycheck worst mcdonald’s in the area by far.

Yesterday when I got a meal deal and a mchicken they forgot my sauce for both my nuggets and my sandwich. The fry’s were cold, today I went back looking to make up for it but instead at the drive through speaker I tried to give the lady my code but she couldn’t hear me due to it being rainy so she told me to give her the code at the window and order what the deal comes with and the price will come off instead I come to the window and tried to show her my code and tell her i was the one with the code but she proceeded to shrug at me and hand me my card back

Every single time I order something that includes getting sauce, they NEVER give me my sauce. I always have to check the bag, and every single time I order Uber eats, they never give me my sauce. It makes me so mad because I PAY for that sauce, and I’m not going to drive to go pick up my sauce when they should’ve put it in the bag.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy said “may I take your order” so I proceed to tell him what I would like to eat. He then says “oh sorry I won’t be able to take your order for 5-10 minutes, if you still want to wait”. Clearly the kid didn’t feel like working after I ordered 2 mcchicken with a slice of cheese. And of course, I’m on my lunch break so I’m unable to wait around for when they feel like taking my order. Kid needs to learn some manners and customer service. Absolutely Terrible, terrible service.

The service I received here was absolutely horrendous. I ordered my food through the drive through and paid but they said my card was declined so I tried another card and that one was also declined, as the lady told me (Nancy). She had zero understanding, nothing and said it was my fault. I went to another location down the road and there were zero issues with the service and my payment went through with zero issues. I could have paid with cash but because of Nancy’s awful attitude, I decided it was best to leave. She was cold and short. This will be a location I fully avoid especially due to Nancy’s awful service.

I'm not sure if someone just at this specific McDonald's have a vendetta against me but everytime I order from uber eats, its wrong, cold, and gross. Today took the cake though, someone at this franchise, told not one, but 4 different uber drivers my food was already picked up and delivered. That'[s funny because I was in communication with all 4 drivers. Won't be eating here anymore. You can take your wasted hatred on someone else now.
