My family usually go to other Mcdonald’s around the area, but we were close to this one and we had THE WORST experience.
The other 1 star reviews were right, they never give you your sauces. Payed for sauce that comes with 20 pc. chicken nuggets and they didn’t include them. But then even after we asked for the 3 sauces, they only gave us one. They refused to give more and we literally had to EXPLAIN to them why we needed more. We also don’t know why this specific location have more expensive menu prices?? Sauces are also 25¢ each when you can get them for free at another location in the same town.
Service was also terrible. Cashier lady today was rude and it took forever for them to get to us when we were one of the only people inside the restaurant. There’s also a teenaged boy that doesn’t even look like he wants to work there. Just don’t bother going here.

this is the 2-3 time we have asked them for no cheese on a double quarter pounder and they still keep adding cheese, I understand if it’s busy and stuff but I’m paying with my money and not yours. Most of the staff sounds miserable over the drive thru and you have to scream because they say they can’t hear you at all. Please train your staff to do better as it’s NOT that hard to read a ticket, I’ve let it go by so many times as I do emphasize with the staff but please do better if a customer asks you for something very basic.
They have chocolate and vanilla soft serve!
