There are a few times I have gone In and the music in the back with the workers was louder than the music for the clients. The person taking music order couldn't hear me and we ended up screaming at each other to make sure we could hear and understand each other.

I waited half an hour in the drive through for two cold Big Macs. Bread was stale. Burgers were old and cold. Barely any sauce. But they gave me a free pie for waiting so long. I think they waited until my burgers were done to cook the free pie

Today made the second time I’ve came through the drive-through. The line was ridiculously long and not moving. When I get to the window instead of taking my payment or telling me my total, the boy was literally texting on his phone. The line is wrapped around the corner nobody’s moving and now I see why instead of telling me my total and taking my payment he held the lineup because he was too busy texting. You all need to do a better job at getting these young kids to follow rules and be professional. This is the second time I’ve experienced somebody at the window texting on their phone. I see why two cars ahead of me just pulled off. Nobody has that kind of time to wait so inconsiderate.

Is anyone paying attention to the crew in the evening?Especially on the weekends. this is the worst service at this McDonald's.Nobody knows what they're doing and nobody can take food out at a reasonable time
Such rude people did not teach them manners at home, we came to eat there in the place. We waited more than 10 minutes and they didn't come to serve us because they probably saw our Hispanic faces. What a lack of respect, they didn't serve us and the worst thing was that we were standing in front of the cash register, they don't even deserve a star. The truth is, how bad this place is.

Doors were closed by 10 pm when it says they close 11. We went to the drive thru and couldn’t hear a thing on the drive thru speaker so I proceeded to pull to the window and asked if we can order there because we couldn’t hear her, girl with pink hair proceeded to give us attitude saying we need to order at the speaker when we just said we couldn’t hear her.

Never go here especially if your having a bad day my car broke down in the parking lot so i wanted to get some food to chear me up doors locked before they should have been even tho people were inside in addition i managed to get the car started and i went through the drive thru unfortunately i could not hear her so i pulled up to the window where i told her i could not hear her she was very monotone and told me she could not take care of me there there were 0 cars in the parking lot so i dont see why she could not just help me in conclusion these employees seem like the dont care about working here and this is coming from someone who litterly works minimum wage at a burger king.
