Great staff, great environment, the night crew has really been picking up the slack, a few months ago in November and December they were very slow, and now it looks like the staff they brought in has been doing well for them since January… thanks again to the night crew for being so helpful and friendly.Parking: Lots of parking all around the buildingWheelchair accessibility: Front parking spaces are for Wheelchair Accessibility

Today, I got curbside pick up, but they botched up my quarter pounder which was supposed to be without cheese (clearly printed on the ticket slapped on the container and the bag). I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, and wait nearly 20 MINUTES for anyone behind the counter to pay attention to me standing there with the burger container in my hand. Two or three sets of customers walked out because nobody was watching the counter, and there was no cashier present to take orders. This location used to be reliable, but between this incident today and the awful one I had at the Lake St Bloomingdale location a few weeks ago where I had to send my order back THREE TIMES before they got it right, they're both beginning to fall apart. I spent an almost an hour waiting to get my correct order between the time at curbside, driving back, and waiting for some actual customer service. Atrocious.

Well this morning was the worst experience ever. I forgot to add my coffee to the order and at the window I asked if I could add it on, the lady went to get the manager I guess she didn't speak English well. The manager with an attitude said no we don't do that here at the window. I was like the last time a few weeks back they rang it up at the other register, she said I do not and rolled her eyes. I was like wow that was very rude. I let it go.. I'm waiting at the window for like 4 mins waiting for the food. and she the manager tossed our bag and I told her with the time that we have been waiting I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue to ring it up at the other register again she rolled her eyes and was shaking her head. I asked for her name and she walked away. I asked the lady at the window what her name was and in Spanish she started talking about me in Spanish , I responded to her in Spanish and I asked if she could please give me the name of the manager I just spoke with. She said nothing at all. I hear a older man at the door down from drive thru window yelling me me to pull up as I'm holding the line. I pulled up and he was even worse that the lady was, he said what is your problem what do you need. I told him I was simply asking for the managers name, he said why do you need her name for. I said because I was going to call cooperate and make a complaint. he then said why what happened I started to explained to him what had happened and he said No we cant take orders at the window. I said I understand that is not why I'm upset I'm upset with the way I was being treated. The way the lady in the window was talking about me in Spanish not knowing I also speak Spanish. He walked away. So both "Managers" refused to give their names and both treated me poorly. Glendale McDonald's you need to do better! We stop here at least 5 times a week sometimes all 7 days. I don't mind changing my route to give another McDonald's my money to not be treated so poorly.

The food is always good here. Most of the workers are lovely. Person taking the orders sometimes is borderline rude. When I drove up to get my order, it was night, the trash can at the window was overflowing and the staff was standing around chatting. I had to wait for my order, which was fine, at least I know it's fresh. The person that brought it to me acted put out. I probably won't go back.
