I have ordered many times over the years. Today I received food that was just simply not edible Mongolian beef was sweet. No meat in beef fried rice and EW noodle dish was combo meat with two bites of chicken and three shrimp. The sauce was too sweet and broccoli was overcooked and the poor noodle looked like toilet paper. Very disappointing after spending $94

I love this sushi spot. i order their sushi rolls at least twice a month. i normally order through ubereats but since it’s saturday i guess it’s busy. which i can totally understand they’re sushi is GREAT. so instead i called for delivery. i told them i wanted spicy mayo added and they forgot. i waited 20 mins a side of spicy mayo when the restaurant is a 6min drive from my house. i hated that i resulted to this but honestly w the offer they made and considering how much i order food with them i expected more.

TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an online order of what I thought was all vegetarian items since none of them listed any meat items specifically. When we received the food, one of them had meat on it which we obviously didn’t order and can’t eat. When I called the store to explain the situation the manager YELLED at me repeatedly saying it was my fault and there’s nothing she can do to help me even though I explained how the item online listed out veggies and no meat. All I wanted was a refund or the order without meat made in which she said she can’t help me and HUNG UP the phone on me. This was my first time trying out this place and she didn’t even care to try to make things right. I had a terrible and rude experience with the manager- will never recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered to go for first time and I got sushi combo with spicy salmon and tuna and Cali rolls, i got super sick. Think they give the old stuff to Togo orders…

Ordered kungpao chicken and general tsao chicken Asked for extra spicy which the kungpao delivered. However general tsao seems to taste like orange chicken Super sweet didn’t like And the kungpao was spicy but lacked general flavor and And! There was chunks of ginger! As you can imagine biting down on them was like chewing on lime rind Left my mouth zesty for a few minutes The flavors were not mixed well I was surprised they were at my door within 20 minutes after saying 45.. but yeah don’t recommend But if anyone knows of a good Chinese restaurant in the area please comment I’m new in Glendale heights
