The black girl has served us 3 times and she continues to mess up orders. This time round 3 of our bigger playes were all missing a side, boot her or someone teach here to pay attention

I knew I enjoyed eating at Panda, but the experiences they give with more than the service of cooking, preparing and serving food with a smile but the extra steps they take to make sure no matter what you can appreciate the services. Today I ordered through the app and failed to select the right location. Not only was I hungry but sad at the same time, I called the correct location and was lucky enough to get Chris/Cris the manager and explained everything and he graciously explained that because the location was closer to my home my order will be ready when I do make it over that way freshly and although he couldn’t transfer the order and that I used points for the order, my food will still be available to me whenever I can make that way. Now that’s service to a customer, the Human Experience

For the price, the value was disappointing. The food quality was inconsistent and the flavor was bland. What really made the experience worse was the lack of basic condiments. Customers should be allowed more than one soy sauce or any of the other sauces without having to ask or pay extra. For what Panda Express charges, providing adequate sauces should be standard. Overall, Panda Express has became more of a last minute resort if you're real hungry.

I use mobile ordering for Panda. I accidentally had the wrong location set. The location I intended to go to told me I have to call the establishment to cancel the order. I had to call 4 times before anyone picked up, and she had a nasty attitude. I tried to explain, spell out my name because she was having difficulty understanding the name over the phone, and then I tried to give her the order number, she cut me off mid number and started telling me she's not going to cancel it that I have to cancel it online. It doesn't give me an option to. Then she tells me after I explained that there was no possible way for me to cancel it after answering her multiple times on How would I cancel it, then she tells me she won't cancel it until tomorrow, then hangs up. I understand this was not their problem, it was my fault that I selected the wrong location, but this isn't the first time that I've gotten an attitude from their employees, and the food quality isn't that great. I'm definitely not coming back.

They got my order wrong then refused to replace it. Then would not give me the name or number of a manager not in the location. Pathetic they steal from customers mr panda would be rolling over in his panda grave

Went in to perform a delivery. Was told order was already picked up. That doesn’t mean the order was delivered. They just assumed that I would understand that that meant that they would not fill the order. I felt like I was being spoken to by a robot just repeating the same line over and over what places just fill the order anyway, and if the other person did not deliver the order they get reported Maybe they had an accident I don’t know. I’m not privy to this information. Still, I really wish she would’ve clarified that even though I’m standing there waiting patiently I’m wasting my time because they weren’t going to Fulfill the order. I will be doing my best to avoid this Location from now on to preserve my sanity. They made me feel like such an idiot.

This location is consistently the worst. After a long time of avoiding it from my last bad experience I decided to give it a try again. Ordered 2 bowls through the drive thru. The bowls were 90 percent the side. So my fiancé who only got beef and broccoli with white right got almost entirely a bowl of plain rice. The little bit of entree you get wasn’t even saucy enough to help flavor the rice. Mine was ever so slightly better only bc I did a half/half on the side but I paid more for the pepper steak and still got such a small portion of the actual entree. Never again.

Last two times I came here the service sucked. The last girl had zero manners idk what happened to saying “hi I’ll be with you in just a second” slow service never got a “have a nice day” and today I believe her name is destiny , plain rude, she was just staring at me . This place really tests my patience 😭

I’ve given this location a handful of tries, but it’s consistently underwhelming. The food here just doesn’t taste as fresh or flavorful compared to other Panda Express locations I’ve visited. Portions can be hit or miss, and the quality is inconsistent—sometimes overcooked, other times barely warm. Service is fine, but overall, this isn’t a location I’d recommend unless it’s your only option nearby.

Got a text saying foods ready only to find out it wasn't because they were filling orders that came after with items I ordered. Ended up having to wait 25 min after the text saying food was ready.

Ordered BEEF and broccoli and received the saddest most pathetic portion I’ve ever seen. Makes chipotle look like a value. Manager was not helpful so now I have to post the pictures
