I knew I enjoyed eating at Panda, but the experiences they give with more than the service of cooking, preparing and serving food with a smile but the extra steps they take to make sure no matter what you can appreciate the services. Today I ordered through the app and failed to select the right location. The food is usually really good. Everything is usually warm. Everything usually comes out nice & portioned.
It's never a long wait. The service is really good. Everybody is usually really polite and really happy to help. It seems.
The inside of the restaurant is usually really clean. There's always napkins and straws and stuff available for you if you need some.
It's just that drive-thru...

I didn’t wait at all maybe 2-3min, packed when I came in. I luv this location 1 of fav along with Schaumburg. Food always tastes so yummy here compared to other Panda Express I been too. Portions are 1-2 big scoops plenty enough. Staff is polite I never have any issues, i esp luv I most always get a free entree cuz I fill out the survey.
