I didn’t wait at all maybe 2-3min, packed when I came in. I luv this location 1 of fav along with Schaumburg. Food always tastes so yummy here compared to other Panda Express I been too. Portions are 1-2 big scoops plenty enough. Staff is polite I never have any issues, i esp luv I most always get a free entree cuz I fill out the survey.
Bryan at Panda Express was an absolute delight at the counter and register! Upon walking in the door, we were greeted by his smile and eager to help! Even gave us 2 free fountain drinks on his own volition due to the wait. He was also cute, so that's a plus LOL.
The other employee named Ashley, was also open to help serve up a replacement order without it being complicated. Sure, like any restaurant, they get things wrong, but it's how it's handled afterward...

It's never a long wait. The service is really good. Everybody is usually really polite and really happy to help. It seems.
The inside of the restaurant is usually really clean. There's always napkins and straws and stuff available for you if you need some.
It's just that drive-thru...
