Please place a sign outside.So people can see its card only through the drive through. Some only use cash and it's a real inconvenience to have to wait in a drive through line.Because you guys won't take cash in your drive through.

This places serves delicious food. We ordered - beef bowl, chicken burger, cheese burger, large fries,Rigatoni Vodka, italian sausage.Food was great, the flavor of food is yummy. They have decorated the place with all old italian heritage, struggles of italian community in the USA, old time living style, their achievements etc. It might amaze customers to see that all.The sitting space is really big. They offer free cups of water. The person at the order counter was very friendly. Must try.Vegetarian options: You can try salad , desserts, onion rings, cheese fries etc. Please check the menu and order what vegetarian items you like.Dietary restrictions: Please ask them before about ingredients used in your order, if you have any gluten resistance or any kind of food allergies. Otherwise, food is great.Parking: Free parking spaceKid-friendliness: The sitting place is really big and how they have decorated the place with italian heritage and struggles would surely attract the attention of kids in the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It has rotating door without any steps to walk, so wheelchair users can easily enter the restaurant.

I like the cashier. really nice guy. but while I was waiting for my fries last night I saw two workers discussing a vanilla milkshake someone hadn't picked up yet. They decided to throw it away. I asked the older gentleman in the kitchen how much those usually go for and if I could buy it for $2 if they could just give me a new straw. It was only on the top of the garbage. He said no and could give no legitimate reason for not doing so. The shake was already paid for and I offered an extra $2 for a melted milkshake. Won't be coming back to this wasteful portillos

Only got a hot dog but it was delicious and hot. I heard the Italian beef sandwich is good as well. Will definitely try something else next time.

Most the employees acted like they couldn't be bothered. They don't call out the ticket number for pick up loud enough to hear and then they just sit there looking at you.

I had an order for pick up on 03/29 around 7:10 pm and decided to sit and eat by the corner booths. While we were eating we saw a mouse run by the booths witnessed by a couple and family sitting near us. One of the patrons went to speak to someone in the front, and she said they just shrugged it off. My partner and I moved seats and the couple near us moved after the mouse ran up the wall near them again. I'm from the city, so seeing a rodent was not as jarring as the fact that not a single employee came to check out the scene during the 20 minutes I stayed after the incident was reported. Additionally, another lady who had a pick up order went to speak to them at the counter after we warned her not to sit by the booths.I love Portillos but I will not be dinning anytime soon.
